整體感覺還是不錯的，商場就在樓下吃東西非常的便利！早餐種類也非常多！出行非常便利大概一百多米就有小火車

1.前台辦理入住實在太慢了 下午三點前面三個客人就等了快半小時 後面排了好長的隊。 2.預訂時選了兩張單人床，但工作人員説無法滿足衹能給大床，不明白三點準時入住為何不能安排兩張床？不是先到先得嗎？ 3.隔音一般，可能樓下是輕軌，固定頻率有軌道滑過的噪音，最大的噪音來自其他房間半夜三更時不時開門關門聲音讓人煩躁。 4.被子有黴味 5.優點是房間夠大，空調夠給力，電話叫工作人員送物資及時。樓下商場餐飲齊全好逛好吃，叫車方便。

The staff were fantastic. · Excellent Room: The suite was spacious, very clean, and provided a comfortable stay. · Supportive Gym: The personal trainer was incredibly helpful for a beginner like me, offering patient guidance. · Prime Location: Direct access to a major mall right next door. · Breakfast Heaven: The breakfast buffet is not to be missed. A rich spread with diverse local cuisines. The hospitality is 10/10. Check in and check out process also were very smooth. However, the room condition was a bit old. the sink were clogged when we first arrived, but their plumber has came to fixed it immediately. the bidet holder is also broken, they want to fix it but we said it’s ok as we are only staying for one night. They should have checked and maintain the things properly before handing the room to guests. The staffs are all very nice and attentive to our request and complain. The best part is their breakfast spread, no doubt! Last but not least, the hotel is connected to LRT and also Sunway Putra Mall, so no hassle to find for foods, shopping and also travel anywhere by using lrt.

I recently stayed at Sunway Putra Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a wide variety of food choices that catered to both local and international tastes. From freshly prepared hot dishes to lighter options, there was something for everyone to enjoy. The hotel is also very suitable for a family vacation. The location is convenient, directly connected to Sunway Putra Mall, which makes it easy to find food, shopping, and entertainment without having to travel far. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the service was warm and accommodating. Overall, Sunway Putra Hotel is a great choice for families looking for both comfort and convenience in Kuala Lumpur. Highly recommended!

要先搭電梯到九樓的大廳轉客房電梯到房間 要換電梯有點麻煩 入住的時候就有三個問題 只有提供浴巾 沒有給擦手跟臉的毛巾 打電話才送來 浴室的蓮蓬花灑是壞掉的 打電話叫修 另外 空調發出很大聲的風扇噪音 又打了電話來請他鎖緊出風口 房間面積很大 可以看出有歲月的痕跡 勝在價格跟地點

The hotel was generally fine, but they did not fulfill my room request. The receptionist informed me that the parking had been validated, but when I checked out the next day, the parking system still asked for payment. I had to use the intercom and wait for a few minutes before they cleared the barrier and let me out. Anyway, thank you very much.

The Sunway Putra Hotel offers incredible value. You get 5-star comfort, unbeatable convenience, and excellent facilities. The Deluxe Room provides ample space and comfort for a truly restful stay. The Sunway Putra Mall is also connected directly to the hotel, which is so convenient for grabbing a quick coffee, shopping, or having a variety of food options (from a food court to proper restaurants) right at your doorstep.
