Booked this hotel for the KLSCM event. The location is super convenient, just a short walk to the starting pen and great for exploring the city too. The reception staff, Alia, was friendly and helpful. Overall, recommended.

It was a good stay in Malaysia:) The hotel is nearby Masjid Jamek station. It takes only 300m . Especially Anmanul Mitcaz was so kind. Terimakasi !

Отель в центре, до всего близко, чисто и снаружи, и изнутри. Тихо, огромная удобная постель, и есть окно, что для меня особенно ценно, тк не за все деньги мира для меня одной в Малайзии в основном предлагали номер без окна. Ванная комната чистая. Вид из окна обалденный, за него отелю надо брать доплату. И башня Куалу Лумпур видна. Меня пугали, что муэтдин разбудит, но первую ночь я была после самолёта, и меня могли вынести из номера - я бы не проснулась. Потом я день гуляла по КЛ, слышала звук, но спать молитва мне не мешала. Исключительно приятные сотрудники на ресепшн: и парень вечером, и девушка днём. Хорошая транспортная доступность. В общем, устроило все более чем, если ещё буду в КЛ, то точно знаю, где остановлюсь. Спасибо отелю и людям.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, which made me feel very welcomed. My recent stay was fantastic, largely because of the exceptional service from Miraz. He was so helpful and friendly, going out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. The hotel was clean and comfortable, but Miraz's wonderful service truly made the experience memorable.

Location is closer to train stop but it’s a commercial hotel with many small rooms, long corridors and small size washrooms. The residents will keep on banging the doors and talking in the corridor till 2 am and no one will stop them. I paid 21000 pkr for 4 nights and couldn’t sleep for one night even. After 12 am closer road is blocked by racing bikers and their noise will continue till 5 am. The kitchen doesn’t have a proper crockery and even no knife. In the room you will get iron but no refrigeration and no almirah to keep clothes. The system of hot n cold water is good. The pillow cover had foot print and later i asked them to change. The reception staff Mr Miraj and Ms Kathy are very helpful and friendly. They will guide you at their best.

Second time booked hereee because it was near to Lrt Masjid Jamek, 7e and easy to find. For solo traveler, the room will be great. Not so big but just nice. The tv is very good for the stay 😄 and the line is good too. The bed n pillow set also great n fluffy. I really hope yalls change the bed set properly ya and hoping the cleaner clean the room n vacuum every corner because got a lot of dust at the floor. Thankyou

Swing & Pillows Hotel is adequate for a short stay. The room is small but fairly clean, and while the plumbing could use some attention, everything functions. The staff are very friendly and approachable, which made the experience more pleasant. It's also in a convenient location near the metro, making it a good base for exploring Kuala Lumpur. Overall, a decent budget option for a few nights in the city.
