登記有點麻煩、然後地理是不錯但是距離火車站還是需要走路的公寓很密集所以難免很多人出出入入的公共衞生也不怎麼好

這家酒店的服務簡直讓人無語到極點。我原本衹是想把一個房間訂兩天，結果不小心訂成了兩個房間一天。當我發現這個錯誤想要修改時，前台一開始還説能協調，但實際根本沒有任何幫助。我通過預訂平台聯繫他們酒店溝通，他們就是一副完全不願意配合的態度，死活不同意更改。更別提前台的服務態度差到讓人火冒三丈，根本沒有一點責任心和專業度。總之，這家酒店的處理方式讓我非常失望，簡直糟糕透頂。如果你不想自找麻煩，強烈建議繞開這家店。 The service at this hotel is absolutely ridiculous. I originally intended to book one room for two nights, but I accidentally booked two rooms for one night. When I realized the mistake and tried to get it corrected, the front desk initially said they could help coordinate, but in reality, they offered no real assistance. Even when I contacted them through the booking platform, the hotel just outright refused to make any changes. On top of that, the front desk staff had a terrible attitude, showing zero professionalism or responsibility. In short, this hotel’s handling of the situation was extremely disappointing and utterly awful. If you don’t want to deal with this kind of hassle, I strongly recommend avoiding this place.

酒店各方面都不錯，不過可能是馬來西亞政府規定，沒有一次性用品。還要自己倒垃圾。比較不方便。但也能接受。我預定的是四房一廳的房型，只有一套房卡出入比較不方便。

Impossible d évaluer la prestation car Je n ai pas pu retirer mes clés auprès de la réception qui était tout simplement fermé à notre arrivée , le propriétaire étant injoignable nous avons dû réserver un hotel en urgence. 3 heures plus tard le propriétaire nous invitait à venir retirer nos clés Soit disant que J aurais dû envoyer une copie de mon passeport en amont alors que c est indiqué nul part dans les instructions J ai séjourné 3 semaines en Malaisie et je n’ai rencontré aucun problème avec d autres propriétaires qui prennent contact avec vous en amont via whatsapp Propriété incompétent et de mauvaise foie, bien sûr aucun remboursement ou dédommagement

Avoid (MapleHome) "M Vertica Premier Suites Kuala Lumpur", like the plague. Booked through 永安 with a confirmed reservation in hand, I arrived after a 40-minute drive only to find their so-called service center shuttered before sundown. No staff, no access codes, no way in. I waited for over two hours, desperately trying to contact anyone. staff, building security, even third-party management, only to be met with absolute radio silence. Not a single person showed up or offered any help. Calls were ignored until I threatened legal action. Only then did these scammers crawl out of the woodwork, asking me to wire a deposit like nothing had happened. I refused and demanded a refund, which they dismissed without shame. 永安 intervened, doing their best, but even they couldn’t wrangle a refund from this shady operation. Instead, I was offered 永安 coins worth half my booking. Imagine wasting hours on your first night of vacation, stranded, frustrated, and rebooking elsewhere at your own cost. This outfit is a disgrace, unprofessional, dishonest, and outright fraudulent. They deserve to be banned from every platform.

入住便捷性：一般，不懂英語的就還是住酒店吧。 安全：公寓有保安，大鐵門，但是這個公寓羣太大了，進出人很多。 設施：還算齊全。 衞生：我們住進去的時候，餐廳地面就很粘，餐桌上一直有螞蟻爬。感覺沒搞好衞生。洗手間夜深了下水道會反臭，主卧不能開着洗手間門睡。 環境：離市中心有點遠的，我主要是去聽演唱會，在城市外圍玩，所以這裏方便。其他人我建議先看下景點距離。 服務：説好了凌晨要去機場，所以提前一天退按金（規定200馬幣，差不多300多人民幣，我們帶的英鎊，工作人員非要了我們£50，接近500塊）。我們去退按金那天，“好巧”，竟然提前下班了。明明説八點才下班的，我們六點半去就人去樓空，大門緊鎖。發訊息打電話都不回。兩個清潔員工來了，幫我們開了門，讓我們在辦公室等。然後聯繫前台，等了大半小時，那男前台回覆語氣相當惡劣。説我們應該六點到的。入住的時候和我們説八點下班，到要退錢了，變六點？後來來了個女生，打開按金抽屜。沒有我們的按金，問了別人，翻了半天，發現被單獨放在去另一個抽屜的角落。那兩工作人員當時驚訝而後恍然大悟的神情就説明瞭一切。違規操作，其他人有的收據我們也沒有。住這家真的要當心按金，特別離店時間特殊的客人，注意別給訛了。英語不好的我不建議訂這家，被欺負了會沒法溝通。

房間裝潢很新，裡面家電傢俱自己被套毛巾都很新很乾淨！這次去馬來西亞住10天5個不同地方的民宿，這件是最乾淨最滿意的！有洗衣機很重要，方便洗衣服！乾淨衞生也很重要，住得舒服！ 我們訂的三房，有兩個衞生間！ 位置也很好，離地鐵站10分鐘腳程！樓下很多個便利商店！ 地鐵站就有百貨公司！ 8樓空中游泳池也很大，空中花園很大很漂亮，健身房也很大，設備很齊全！

Pelayanan tidak bagus , owner tidak bertanggung jawab , tidak membantu menyelesaikan poblem , kereta rendah di paksa naik , akhirnya bamper belakang lepas , lalu parking keluar , kena campling , mnta bantu jelaskan management dan security utk bantu buka , tapi gak mau , bukti kereta rusak ada...

Swimming pool (there are a few) and playground areas were great but some of the pools were closed off when we were there. Things are starting to look a little tired. Apartments are busy but I suppose that comes with the size of the building. So often there were queues for the lift. Apartment itself was ok, quite basic. Only 4 seats at the dining table despite it being a 5 bed apartment. Sofa was for 2 people so not the most comfortable or cozy for a family of 5. Bedding and towels were not clean. Management are responsive and these were replaced but they just didn’t smell fresh. There were stains on the tile floor too as well as around the toilet. A discarded cigarette too. Whilst a washing machine is provided, there’s an internal drying area which is sort of outside but very much in a shadow so clothes did not dry. Limited hot water out of kitchen sink. No tea towel provided so couldn’t dry dishes. Location is out of city (but you know that when booking) so that’s ok. Sports courts are only available with booking - the availability of which was poor and only on the day we were checking out.

為數不多有前台的公寓，很方便，打車到bilabila Mart-M Vertica,找圖一這個抬頭的就是前台了，出示預訂人的護照，交200馬幣的按金就能拿到房卡。三房公寓是兩張大床1.5米+一張小床，住5個人沒啥問題，要自備牙刷，毛巾，洗衣機旁邊有洗衣粉，上面電源開關，下面是啟動，很容易看懂；熱水器在衞生間門口有個開關，Water heater，按一下開關亮了熱水器就亮了，如果不亮可以按一下re set鍵。水量不大的話看一下有個Rubine的旋鈕，讓它保持豎著的狀態（圖四左下角）客廳開關按鈕FAN是電扇，另一個是空調，兩間小房間的頂燈和電扇是同一個遙控器。希望對大家有幫助。前台可以加微信，不過37樓WI-FI不太行，始終衹有2格，經常掉線。買的大馬手機卡信號也衹有1格。適合不經常在房間裏待的人。
