Nice hotel I have stayed , quiet and comfortable. However the shop and food is not much choices, if getting much more I would stay again and also would highly recommended to my friends and family.

The place itself is nice and the environment is pleasant. However, the hotel management (millerz square premium) was extremely disappointing. They only accept bank transfer for the deposit, and while they were quick to collect it, they were very slow to return it. It has been more than 7 days and I still haven’t received my refund. I had to reach out to 永安 customer service for assistance. Honestly, this kind of service is unacceptable. Even though the surroundings are great, I would not stay here again unless the hotel improves its management and refund policy. I would advise future guests to be cautious, especially if you are expecting a smooth check-out and refund process.

Great customer service by the owner, once u make the booking, they will just Whatssap to your number and inform for the procedure, however they request you to make RM200 deposit..

3點check in 辦理入住,房間還沒收拾好，兩個馬來小哥剛剛開始打掃，房間有一股很濃的煙味，前台不給換房，説沒有其他房間，永安客服無法解決，衹是瘋狂給我打國際長途，説他們會督促前台。前台的解決方案是，原本11點退房，給我免費延長到12點。還沒到12點就發訊息催促我，説超過12點要多收錢，好像誰想多待一分鐘一樣。（一個國家缺錢到什麼地步，太敗好感）更離譜的是凌晨前台突然讓我給她發護照訊息，説她們check in的時候漏掃描了，槽點滿滿，millerz 真是越來越差了，服務差，衞生差，大家避雷。

No Effective WI-FI: Wi-Fi made to work only on small gadgets. Had an online exam; couldn’t do it. If you wish to work while traveling; this is not the place/host for you. Iron and hair dryer: not effective, cheap and useless. No power. Room: smaller than we imagined. Positive: washing machine and the food market in the opposite side of the road. OVERALL: BAD HOSTING; host doesn’t answer the messages and leaves you hanging. No professionalism, no honesty about the WI-FI. The property (Millerz) itself is beautiful outside and has a piano and a good pool. Probably a great place if hosted by good hosts, BUT NOT I WAS EXTREMELY UNHAPPY WITH THIS ONE.

我最近入住了吉隆坡Millerz Square尊貴雙人套房，整體體驗非常棒！這個套房環境寬敞，設計時尚，讓人感到舒適自在。特別喜歡房內的兩個洗手間，讓我們的入住更加方便。 套房配備有Island，無論是煮食或準備食物都非常方便，還有餐具和廚具提供。仲有洗衣機乾衣機，有準備洗衣粉，還有一張大餐桌，可以和朋友或家人一起享用美食。這裡的地理位置也非常優越，對面就有一個food court，樓下還有許多不同的餐廳，選擇非常多樣，讓我們每餐都有新鮮感。仲有supermarket 總的來說，這次的住宿體驗超出預期，強烈推薦給想要在吉隆坡旅行的人！期待下次再來入住！
