酒店近一年開業，有時候喺打車軟件穩唔到地址！雖然話開業一年，但睇新舊程度又唔多似，有D似加工嘅感覺！成棟都喺美居，電梯需要刷卡，安全性尚可，服務枱有D細，接待我嘅喺當地嘅小哥哥，唔識中文！我住嘅房間樓層較高，景色尚可，但啱好遮住雙子塔，由於隔離喺立交橋，噪音上揚，比較吵！房間空間武大，大約20方，廁所都唔大，最唔滿意嘅喺浴室嘅裝修，你再小心，水都會跑出來，而且因為衹提供一次性拖鞋，所以真唔方便！房間總體冇咩異味，床品都尚算衞生，一眼過去冇咩問題！我個人雖然知道距唔大，但我本身鐘意寬闊嘅房，距嘅衣櫃喺正對床，有感應燈，我覺得唔多適應，空間較細，放行李箱都冇太多空間！我住咗幾晚，之前我E層住嘅人唔多，最吵就喺外面嘅立交，最後一晚有一批大巴遊客入住，發覺隔音效果非常差！酒店唔配梳，頂樓嘅無邊泳池唔算大，健身房都好簡易！

酒店位置靠近市中心，去哪兒打車都很方便，也可以走十分鐘去chan sow lin地鐵站坐MRT或者LRT，樓下吃的東西也比較多，馬來餐推薦eight toast，也有711便利店，基本啥都能買到。 頂樓游泳池很贊，雖然是四星級酒店，但是維護得很好，雖然不是無邊泳池，但是遊客喜歡的地標都能拍到。 房間設施也很完善，有冰箱，不過還是建議戴個耳塞睡覺，不然晚上國寶炸街，還是比較難入睡。

房間乾淨，服務員很熱情，附近有中餐館吃飯購物方便 ，本次入住有幸同香港明星任達華住同一樓層。住在房間裏就能看見雙子樓 城市夜景很漂亮

入住當天櫃枱説查驗不到訂單，確實有點不開心了 給我們安排了兩個單人床的房間，但是agoda跟永安都有繼續售賣雙人床房（價錢是2倍的價格）非常不理解但也沒關係 ，酒店工作人員叫我們聯繫永安跟他們説明這個事情 永安真的非常效率很快 也願意幫我們升級去大房間！謝謝julia 客服 非常滿意 即使遇到了不好的體驗 但是還是完美幫我解決了！謝謝永安不愧是永安

Overall hotel is new, clean, nice. 1) Well located around town center, near 24hr 7-11 cafe, restaurants & other shops in the same Binastra Trion building & across the street. 2) Room & lobby area is well decorated. Room size is not bad. Noted no writing desk & chair but a sofa is provided instead. Bathroom sink area is a bit small for a 4 star hotel. Wish bathroom door is sliding type. To swing the door in, getting inside, close the door is a bit tricky, or there should be a note "PUSH" on shower door so that when shower door is pushed inside, it'll make getting in/out of the bathroom easier. Can't enjoy shower much because shower drain a bit clogged. Checkin & out is fast. 3) Parking is available with minimal flat rate upon validation. It'll become expensive if car goes in/out many times. 4) Noted hotel avoids using single use plastic for garbage bags & plastic drinking water bottles. The signage about 'certified' drinking water near drinking tap should be made larger.

위치는 KL 센트랄에서 10링깃정도 나오는거리 시설깨끗하지만 좁고 주변에 식당 편의점 있어서 편리 수영장은 길지는 않지만 전망은 최고 수질은 별로 쇼파에 진드기 같은벌레 발견

The staff were friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent service. Daily cleaning was well done. I really appreciated the hotel’s sustainable practices – they don’t use bottled water but provide a water purifier, and even the toothpaste packaging is plastic-free. Breakfast is available, though the options felt a bit limited for international guests. The location is convenient, with a mall, restaurants, and coffee shops nearby, but it’s about a 17-minute walk from the metro station. The hotel also offers a shuttle bus, but it runs infrequently and doesn’t always align with guests’ schedules. The bathroom in my room was quite small – it was difficult to close the door once inside. I stayed in a connecting room, and the soundproofing was poor. I could clearly hear people laughing, and even the sound of the neighbors opening and closing the connecting door was very loud and a bit unsettling.

Pros: - very cosy room - warm hospitality - i got the city view from higher floor, it was very mesmerizing - amenities such as pool and gym are available - convenience stores and restaurants are available within vicinity - shuttle service to trx/mytown/mrt chan sow lin Cons: - Unstable water temperature (not really a big deal)

My 2nd time here .location great .finding food great. Nearby have one stall wan tan mee food highly recommended for not Muslim. Big room. Smells good at lobby. Cleaness last time very good now still can acceptable. Aircond at room 5106 need to b service cos not cool. Overall still good well maintained.
