酒店所在位子位於市中心，徒去Bukit Bintang逛逛很方便！酒店房間很不錯，床很好睡！早上和下午隔壁的空地施工會有點吵，晚上的時候廁所裏的會有一種臭味，但整體很滿意，以後還會去入住！性價比高

景色和圖片是一樣漂亮的，員工服務態度也非常好，就是衞生方面可以再加強。比如沒用過的毛巾有肉眼可見的污漬，不是沒洗乾淨的臟，而是用久了毛巾舊了洗不掉的污漬。地板也粘粘的，洗手枱掛洗手液的鐵也生銹了。陽台可以裝個電話以防被反鎖在陽台或沖涼房。

已經是第二次入住此酒店 地點非常好，走路三分鐘就到trx,網紅cafe還有很多餐廳近在咫尺，酒店附贈的早餐也很好吃！環境整體都很乾凈！下次還來！

Everything was good until the last day where the aircon was down. It affected 3 floors - luckily we were checking out that day. Breakfast was good. Location was good too. Walking distance (5 mins) to The Exchange TRX :)

設計感十足，balcony太愜意啦、早餐極優秀、網紅泳地出片、熱水澎湧…周圍全是美食👍視野開闊、陽台與衞浴直接與自然相通、好喜歡這種敞開心扉、靜聽自然之聲的氛圍…🦋 不足的小暇疵是：拖鞋太丟分了，淋浴區比較小、用着費力、酒店的折損有點多…😬

A cozy hotel with a unique touch — there’s even pokok bunga right next to the bathroom, which adds a refreshing feel to the stay. Breakfast is simple but enough to start the day. The staff are very friendly and welcoming which makes the experience even better. Overall, a pleasant and charming place for a short getaway. Valet parking is RM20 per day, with up to two exits allowed.

My favourite hotel. Love it! The staff was friendly. Mamak stall a stone throw away. The only gripe is that convenience store (7 eleven, MyNews,KK Mart) is far. I suggest to buy your essentials before coming. Other than that... I love it!

The room had weak soundproofing, so noises from outside and the next room could be heard. The aircon was very cold with thin blankets and difficult to adjust. The business chair was basic and not ideal for long hours of work. A millipede was found in the bathtub. The door closed loudly and did not shut smoothly. Disposable bedroom slippers would be a better option for hygiene.

The hotel concept was interesting. Stayed in the Business Room for a night, the room itself was clean with industrial + open air nature vibe. The toilet was literally outside, but they got a blind that you can pull to cover. My room was smacked right in front of the lift. Sound proofing was so bad. I can hear all sort of sound, people walking, talking, laughing etc. Really not a place if you want quite escape. Luckily I am too tired to care. Other than the sound proofing, everything else was quite good.
