Well located and very good sizing. However unit lacks cleanliness and hygiene standards. Food crumbs on the carpet, stained pillows, dirty cutleries, floor wasn’t properly cleaned, toilets was filled with grime. Cleaner did come by to clean but he wiped the cutleries using the same cloth he used for surfaces. He also washed his mop in the kitchen sink! Masterbed room aircond flap was also broken and over 4 days no one came to fix it. Broken flap = aircond not being able to reach the rest of the room It could have been fantastic but left disappointed by cleaning team that was slipshod in execution

I had a pleasant stay at Pavilion Embassy KLCC. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and very convenient. Check-in was smooth with clear instructions, making the whole process hassle-free. The location is excellent — easy access to everywhere I needed to go, with a mart and even Luckin Coffee right below the apartment, which was a nice touch. The only downside was that the air-conditioning in the master bedroom wasn’t strong enough, which made the room a little less comfortable compared to the rest of the apartment. Aside from that, everything else was great and I enjoyed my stay. Would recommend for those looking for a well-located and easy stay in KL.

There's no sign of TOWER C which is the chwkc in tower, just need to ask the staff around, and is the third building. Overall value for money. Smooth chwkc in and check out process. Need to contact staff in advance to getting QR code for car park entrance.

Shot vacation with my family. I love to stay again but pls train your receptionist . Before check in must pay myr 200 for deposit. After check out the reception like Bangladesh/Nepalese refused to give the deposit cuz have stain on the bedsheet. I’m already explained just my daughter choc milk can use detergents but he laugh. Why you laugh isn’t funny? Where your manner as a reception? We always clean the bedsheet in our room just ok only baby milk not very difficult to clean! In the bath tub have a lot hair my wife clean by herself pls clean & check your 🛀 at the water trap! Overall we enjoy to stay here! Kids friendly airbnb! Hope you can check better for cleanliness.
