If I could give 0 stars I would. This stay is managed by a company called My 永安 & My Stay. STAY AWAY. I booked and paid for a 3 bedroom apartment and ended up staying in a 2 bedroom for 3 out of the 4 nights I booked for. The initial apartment (unit B-12-10) had an extremely loud air conditioner that buzzed all night long and kept me awake. The noise was not a low hum but rather a loud buzz that was akin to drilling. I reported this very early the next morning as I didn’t want more sleepness nights. No reply or action was taken until late in the evening. A technician was sent to the apartment at 9:30pm. He assessed it and left saying he had to hear back from the company if he can commence work. He came back later and by the time he left, it was past MIDNIGHT. And the issue was NOT FIXED. Apparently it was a motor problem. At this point, I was exhausted and they moved me to a 2 bedroom apartment (which did not include car parking, unlike the 1st apartment). Other issues raised were a broken ironing board, an iron that did not fit the Malaysian power socket, leaking taps in the bathroom and dining chairs that were wobbly. For these issues I asked for some form of compensation. The WhatsApp communication promised that the company would look into this - when I paid for a 3 bedroom and got a 2 bedroom instead there should at least be a refund for the difference. As soon as I checked out, the communications ceased and despite multiple attempts to check on the status of the updates, there was only silence. It appears that the company thinks that ignoring and ghosting is acceptable. Again STAY AWAY. (I can’t seem to upload videos of the noisy aircon or the leaking tap so these are screen shots)

這家民宿非常好，地理位置絕佳，交通方便，周圍設施很多，方便遊玩。 房間温暖舒適，窗外風景宜人。 衞生做的非常好，房間乾淨整潔，給人一股清新自然的感覺。

the master bedroom aircon not working properly, the temperature set to 16 also not cold, living room temperature set 20 is colder than bedroom. the bedsheet and towel is too dirty, not recommend at all!

The stay was enjoyable. The unit was clean and cosy. The owner didn't provide any snacks ir drinks though. There's a bila-bila convenient store on the lower ground, so finding foods was easy. There's no muslim restaurants there, so you may need to bring your own food and reheat at the unit.
