It not bad

The room was beautiful and the location was very strategic, close to everything. The infinity pool was amazing — you can see all the buildings from there! However, the room wasn’t properly maintained, had a bit of a smell, and the Wi-Fi/line was quite slow. With better maintenance and faster internet, it would be a perfect stay.

Was very nice stay and very nice room and service, but please note something important, they are Airbnb and apartments the agent don’t have office or reception , after booking pay attention to their massage and make sure to contact them they will come quickly to pick you up , the agent was so nice and helpful the place very secure and safe , the room was so clean and shiny windows as well

Подходящее место для пребывания на пару дней. Вид из бассейна хорош, раздражал только охранник периодически, назойливо дующий в свой свисток по делу и по приколу🙄 Менеджер, конечно же не отдал залог, тут много кто писал об этом, я была, к сожалению, уже готова к этому. Будьте аккуратны с ним, он так себе человек.

Amazing view on the infinity pool and my room was spacious, clean, and had all amenities. Central location and cheap to book grab to see tourist spots. Staff was all very friendly and the day security guard is a sweetheart ready to help when he can. I lost my Passport and he found it and gave it to me🙏

A nice stay for a day enjoying the views from the pool and gym. But if you're relying on good WIFI connection for remote work, then know there is no internet even if advertised to be. The room we stayed in was in need of some repairs.

Плюсы: - Отличное расположение: прямо в здании есть магазин 7/11, что очень удобно. - Много лифтов — работают быстро и бесшумно. - Просторный номер с отдельной гостиной-кухней и спальней. - Хорошая оснащённость: 2 кондиционера, дополнительный диван, большой холодильник с морозилкой, стиральная машина, гладильная доска с утюгом, полностью оборудованная кухня с посудой. - Прекрасный вид из окон. - Большой infinity-бассейн с панорамой на башни Петронас и Менара. Минусы: - Нет ресепшена: ключи передаёт сотрудник, и без них нельзя попасть даже в холл (выдаётся только 1 комплект). - Состояние номера требует улучшения: грязные окна, старый диван, подтекает кондиционер в гостиной. - Нет ежедневной уборки и даже бутилированной воды. - В кухне не предусмотрены базовые продукты (соль, сахар, масло) — приходится покупать самостоятельно. - Розетки не под европейскую вилку, адаптеров нет. - Залог 150 ринггит вернули не сразу, поскольку у нас был ранний выезд, сы договорились встретиться накануне, сотрудник проверил номер ночью, но деньги не отдал, пообещав завершить процедуру утром. Утром он долго не отвечал, и только после звонка пришёл перед нашим отъездом, даже не осмотрев номер повторно. Создалось впечатление, что он надеялся, что мы не будем ждать возврата залога. Итог: Номер и бассейн с шикарным видом, но обслуживание и состояние некоторых элементов оставляют желать лучшего. Требуется обновление интерьера и более чёткая организация процессов.

I stay for 2 nights and it was nice to stay, i got nice room with view really amazing, oh ya just want to inform for the owner of the room the guy who assisted me only focusing on the phone later just let me check in first then you can focus to your phone again ya, it’s a basic of service. Decided to stay because of the infinity pool but the security idk why he was so mad to errone, including me. He’s not nice to everyone only to his races and Mat salih he’s acting nice. I don’t remember his name “Le” smth, i wore my swimsuit just because material different but actually that’s a swimsuit I bought online! I saw some people there also wearing the same material as me they were swimming and having fun but only me, whyyyyy? he angry and argued with me cause I’m asking why people can but I can’t? He gave me the stupid answer🙈, all people there was watching. Poor security there just racist, he is even threatened me!! It’s sad nice place but poor service, stay for 2 night after that decide to early check out.
