Incredibly disappointed with this place for the price I paid. It's absurd to call this "4 stars" and "9/10". I suspect some manipulation. The place smelled like raw sewage. I was incredibly embarrassed when my friend came over and made up excuses to leave early. I had to devise my own plumbing devices to block the awful smell from coming up from the pipes. There is no front desk and it all feels kind of sketchy. They have tried to turn private condos into hotels. Clearly they are after higher margins than a typical hotel or BnB. The landlord owns ten units and evidently could not care any less about the quality, despite bbeing a luxury condo building. The walls are 14 feet high but devoid on any painting or decoration. I felt like I was in an asylum. The sheets had numerous stains and the rug was dirty. The appliances are new and in good condition (got plate, microwave, big fridge) but I cannot imagine staying here long enough to make use of them. The exception is the air conditioning units, which are poorly maintained--they make loud noises and drip water. Of course, like many places in KL, you can hear the constant sounds of motorcycles at full throttle if you open the window, which you will want to do to clear the vegetal scatological smell.

First of all, the host was super nice and the service was really fast. Check-in was easy. The place had all the amenities, just two sets, but that’s fine since my family already brought extra. The apartment was clean, spacious, and had two bathrooms — one in the master bedroom and one near the living room. Loved the city view! The location is very strategic — you can just walk around without needing a car. If you drive, the traffic can be really bad, so better to just walk or order a Grab if you don’t feel like walking. The pool was quite big, and at night you can enjoy the city view from the rooftop. Really recommended for a family staycation. The only downside is the lift can be really slow during peak hours since a lot of people use it.

地理位置憂，房間很大，設施齊全。 下水道有異味，高峯期間電梯要等很久，和房東聯繫很久了，一直沒有反應，直到我到吉隆坡的當天才加到房東微信。

Huge apartment with kitchen, washing machine, great view from the room, hige bathroom with a big size shower nice modern building with good facilities. Place and location too good.Very closed to TRX mall.Even We enjoyed Infinity pool the most. Completely recommended this room/building. Finally the host who gave us key Mr Shariful this guy too helpful. As we need he send us very fastly. Thank you Mr Shariful for your service.

Shariful,being very2 helpful,very polite as we are being assisted very quickly during check in.The room was very clean with such a nice view.We are attended by very quickly upon asking for amenities..sure will come back to stay whenever we coming to kl for holiday...
