這是我在吉隆坡住過體驗最差的公寓！永安平台的宣傳網圖和實景嚴重不符，差距誇張到離譜，妥妥的照騙！ 入住體驗極差，一進門就撲面而來一股廁所堵塞的異味，讓人極度不適。床鋪衞生堪憂，佈滿細小沙粒，躺上去渾身發癢、非常難受。 房源系統標註2024年新開，可屋內所有設施老舊破損，看起來至少使用了十年以上。沙發塌陷變形、凹凸不平，坐感極差。 除此之外，入住辦理流程繁瑣複雜，全程十分折騰。民宿聯繫人電話長期無人接聽，消息回覆極度滯後，全程溝通無響應。公寓大廳沒有冷氣，悶熱壓抑。 停車條件也非常糟糕，車位數量極少、位置狹窄，很難尋找且停車極其不便。 我常年環遊世界、入住過無數各地住宿，這是我人生給出的第一個住宿差評。此次入住體驗徹底踩雷，滿心期待換來滿滿失望！真心不推薦任何人預訂這家公寓，也希望屋主能正視衞生、設施、服務等所有問題，整改優化，不要再用虛假圖片誤導、欺騙消費者！ —————— This is by far the worst apartment experience I have ever had in Kuala Lumpur! The online photos on 永安 are extremely misleading, with a huge, unbelievable gap between the promotional pictures and the actual property. The moment I stepped in, I was greeted by an awful stench coming from a clogged toilet, which was totally disgusting. The bed was covered with tiny grits and sand, making my whole body itchy and uncomfortable the entire time I lay down. The system shows this apartment was newly opened in 2024, but all the facilities look worn out and outdated, seeming to be over a decade old. The sofa is severely sunken and uneven with an awful sitting experience. Besides the poor environment, the check-in process is extremely complicated and troublesome. The property contact never answers phone calls and replies to messages very slowly with zero effective customer service. What’s worse, there is no air conditioning in the lobby, making the area stuffy and unpleasant. The parking condition is also terrible. There are very limited parking lots, which are narrow, hard to find and extremely difficult to park in. I have traveled and stayed in accommodations all over the world, and this is the very first negative review I have ever given. I am extremely disappointed with this fake and overrated apartment. I highly do not recommend anyone to book this place. I sincerely hope the owner can take all these problems seriously, improve the hygiene, old facilities and poor service, and stop misleading and cheating customers with false photos!

環境很差👎

At first I thought that it has good interior and close to downton KL but when I entered the room it was lower than expectation. Very dirty, some of the furniture was broken, and far far far from the picture they gave us. This really shocks me. But still it has very large rooms so its good for people with many person

住宿環境還可以，房間很大，去附近商圈很方便很近，打車也方便！但是設施有點陳舊，沙發有點臟，客廳水龍頭🚰漏水，馬桶🚽旁邊用多了會滲水，其他還好👌

性價比超高的公寓，地理位置優越，房間空間大，自助入住，設備齊全，還有陽台，衹是洗衣機壞了不能用，裏面很臟，房東有叫工人來抹乾凈，回覆信息及時，不錯的體驗！

They encountered poor hygiene, outdated facilities, serious promotional images, false room types, deceiving consumers, and playing word games, refusing to refund. Be careful, friends behind!The platform has compensated me, but I still want to review this deceptive hotel!

The bidet , the window must be repair

Location and view fantastic. Service is good as well. Just note that it’s part of a general apartment where few flats are given short term rental. Bit smelly in toilets. May be due to age of the building.
