環境很差👎

At first I thought that it has good interior and close to downton KL but when I entered the room it was lower than expectation. Very dirty, some of the furniture was broken, and far far far from the picture they gave us. This really shocks me. But still it has very large rooms so its good for people with many person

住宿環境還可以，房間很大，去附近商圈很方便很近，打車也方便！但是設施有點陳舊，沙發有點臟，客廳水龍頭🚰漏水，馬桶🚽旁邊用多了會滲水，其他還好👌

Location is strategic, very near to Petaling Street Questions were answered in a friendly way, original hairdryer and iron were faulty but they sent fine ones after communication But overall unit is quite old and lack of maintenance. Bed sheets and blankets have blood stain and hair, dirts flew from the ceiling fan onto the whole bed and floor when switched to High, living room fan makes noise and all the other airconds take forever to cool the air despite not being able to be controlled by remote controls, the remote controls are old and some are faulty, the batteries inside are drained, deformed or leaking, master room water heater took long to heat up water and hot water got used up fast and turned cold halfway, washing machine doesn’t come with drying function yet there was no space to hang and dry clothes, not all shampoos provided in each bathrooms are complete, one of the toilet roll provided was half used and no extra new ones provided, cooking pots are very oily Car parks are paid parking 

性價比超高的公寓，地理位置優越，房間空間大，自助入住，設備齊全，還有陽台，衹是洗衣機壞了不能用，裏面很臟，房東有叫工人來抹乾凈，回覆信息及時，不錯的體驗！

Location and view fantastic. Service is good as well. Just note that it’s part of a general apartment where few flats are given short term rental. Bit smelly in toilets. May be due to age of the building.
