So so. Dirty rooms . irregular irresponsible housekeeping. No training. More like a social club than a real hotel. Good location. Stairs dirty disgusting. If there was a fire everyone would perish

Our experience at this hotel was extremely bad. The staff at reception were rude and not welcoming at all. We were forced to wait more than 10 hours for check-in, with no place to rest or stay, which was very stressful and unacceptable. During this long wait, the only thing the staff cared about was asking for payment. After waiting all those hours, they finally told us that there were no rooms available, which was shocking and frustrating. We felt very disrespected and disappointed. This situation ruined our experience and made us feel really bad. We love Kuala Lumpur and Malaysia, but unfortunately this hotel and its management left us with a very negative impression. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
