非常差 差到極致 的民宿，建議大家千萬不要下定 ，出了問題 房東完全不處理 不協助 不理 太誇張了 ，就沒有住過這麼差的民宿！！！誰訂誰倒楣 打破整個旅遊感受！！

The washroom smell baf

To the Management/Host, I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding my recent stay. Due to a relocation from my original booking, I was moved to this property, but the room conditions I encountered were unacceptable. I would like to highlight the following issues: • Persistent Odor: The room had a strong, unpleasant smell. Even after we purchased air fresheners and used them for several days, the odor persisted. • Hygiene of Bedding: The white bedsheets were visibly yellowed, which was very distressing to see. We felt compelled to buy disposable bedding to cover the original linens before we could sleep. • Mold in Bathroom: The bathtub was covered in mold. We had to purchase cleaning agents and scrub it ourselves to make it usable. • AC Maintenance: The air conditioning filters were clogged with thick dust. We had to remove and clean them ourselves to ensure proper air quality. • Maintenance Issues: The bathroom light bulb was broken. As my child is afraid of the dark, I personally purchased and replaced the bulb. While I understand that I chose to handle some of these issues myself, I did so only because the environment provided was extremely poor. I have attached photos and videos as evidence to prove that these issues are real and significant. If you can strictly manage your cleaning staff, replace the yellowed bedding, and resolve the odor problem, we would still be open to staying here in the future. However, I believe these basic standards of cleanliness must be addressed immediately. I look forward to your response. Sincerely,

Bagus banget apartemennya, dekat ke alor, cuma bantalnya agak tipis aja 😁

I booked 7 nights , first 3 nights no hot water , for sorry they gave an hour late check out but that I don't need it because my flight was early Not recommended

入住前服務點評： 首先客服會詢問您的WhatsApp號碼，但是我遇到的情況是我告知了我的WhatsApp號碼，但是他不知道怎麼操作添加了我的Wechat。公寓是需要入住前繳納MRY300，這個繳納方式是通過客服郵件提供的第三方付款網址去付款。如果自己沒有跨境信用卡或者VISA和CVC付款支持，你將沒辦法付款按金。這種情況下你也無法免費取消預訂。衹能尋找其他人幫助你付款。中國旅客對此需要額外注意！ 入住後點評： 房間面積足夠大，窗戶視野很寬很廣。免費提供停車服務。入住後房間與客廳都有一股味道。這個味道像是香水和消毒水的混合。房間的桌子有螞蟻在爬行。你處理了這一次的螞蟻馬上又有新的螞蟻。如果你選擇開窗。你會遇到一些飛蟲飛入房間。整個公寓沒有做驅蟲處理。廁所打開後也是一股很重的臭味，需要自行噴灑香水除味劑。 如果入住中你遇到了問題需要聯繫公寓處理，你可能會面臨我遇到的情況。公寓的服務人員無法第一時間回覆你的問題。你在上午8點反饋的問題可能下午3點或者晚上回復你的消息。這一點可能會非常糟糕。 整個公寓是自助的入住和退房。這一點可能會輕鬆許多。但是你的按金是退房的7天後開始處理。如果你的付款方式訂單有退款超時。你將做好心理準備損失MYR300的按金。所以付款後你需要實時跟進或你已經做好了放棄按金的打算。 位置點評： 公寓位置離附近的MRT挺遠的，出行需要打車。如果是需要前往酒吧街適合步行。

房子位置超級好，在瓷廠街和阿羅街中間，去兩個地方都衹需步行。晚上去酒吧一條街和夜市都方便。 視野開闊，陽台和卧室都可以看到雙子塔和新的高樓（忘了名字）。三個衞生間很加分，大家庭用起來不會有任何問題，廚房可以簡單的煮個麪煎蛋做早飯。 配套也很贊，十樓有泳池，小朋友玩得很開心，一樓到八樓是停車場，帶一個免費車位，開車很方便，就是車位在七樓，開上去起碼五分鐘。 不足是房子維護有些差，廚房有蟑螂。
