訂房兩天，公寓式住宿，50 多層，入住體驗很差。 1.辦理入住時沒有前台，需要提前發 WA 給酒店商務號，還要在線轉賬按金 200 馬幣，然後才有酒店人員過來交鑰匙給你，付款現金還要自己主動開口要收據才給。在大廳遇到的與我同時辦理入住的中國同胞等了 4 個小時還沒入住成功。 2.酒店 2025 剛建成不久，附近還在修建，白天整天施工，晚上持續到 21 點左右，影響休息和辦公，房間有濃的甲醛味。 3.因為每層有三十個房間，50 層左右就是 1500 個房間，每次等電梯需要很長時間。 反正寫這麼多就想提醒其他同胞，如果不想入坑就別訂。不理解為什麼網上評分會這麼高，是怎麼刷出來的？？？

The time for booking and check-in is very troublesome. We need to wait for the staff to come and give time for check-in, but they didn't come at the scheduled time and were 30 minutes late. But the room is very clean, and other is good✨

Stayed 3 nights as a solo traveller. The location is very convenient, only a short walk from Sentral and very good value for money. Good amenities and responsive communication. The view from the room was incredible. The towel and bathroom floor Matt show signs of age and could do with freshen up. My room was on 48 floor, there were 4 lifts and could take a bit of waiting time but not a big deal.

Had a wonderful stay with SleepyBear at Riveria City KL Sentral. It's a peaceful experience that felt like home with all the amenities and services provided by them. Btw, I loved the concept of Projector instead of TV in the room soo nice. Thank you so much Hana and Julia for such a wonderful service and quick responses all the time. Much appreciated. Looking forward to staying with the SleepyBear again. ☺️☺️❣️

Staff is good.But overall flow frm the management very bad. The door lock is very inconvenient.towel dirty.room smelly.the key card they put in weird cover,need to stuck that thing to get Aircon connection.

Very well thought out room. I enjoyed it a bit more than other rooms in this same building from other hosts. The small kitchen is very functional. The Deluxe studio is slightly bigger. Shower and toilet are separate and the shower is more convenient. One wonderful feature is a good quality water filter in the kitchen, so you don't have to carry water bottles to your home all the time.

The hotel is new and well-located, with great facilities that made the stay enjoyable. The pool, business room, and gym were all excellent and very well-maintained. The room had a beautiful view, which added to the experience. The only downside was the elevator — it was quite slow, which was a bit annoying at times. Additionally, during the room inspection the day before check-out, the staff opened the cabinet and checked the pillows, which felt inappropriate and invasive. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I’d consider coming back in the future, but I hope the hotel addresses these issues.
