入住方便，自己去信箱取鑰匙和門禁卡就OK了～免費停車～有兩房一廳，樓上也有一張雙人床，人多非常值得入住，就是樓上沒有廁所，睡樓上的上廁所不方便。出入這個公寓有點不便，需要繞很大的圈。除了這兩點其他方面都還不錯～

從來沒有入住過這麼差的酒店，早上趕住退租要去機場，電話完全聯繫不到人，最後也是拜託樓下的保安幫忙，保安説不是你第一個人投訴，入住過的人很多都投訴，保安最後叫我把鑰匙掉進去信箱，最後我給的馬幣200的按金都沒有辦法聯繫上還回來。如果不是附近EKOCHERAS商場預訂不到，我一定不會選擇這間的。

I booked for a friend. They are family of 6. Check in was easy. Affordable and spacious unit. Overall it was a nice experience. Recommended!

Saya tidak dapat bilik seperti yang dijanjikan. Sepatutnya 3 bilik, tapi hanya dapat dua bilik. Homestay disini tidak ada 3 bilik, semua unit sama. Owner ada tukar bilik tetapi tetap dapat 2 bilik cuma tambah 1 katil. Tapi saya bayar untuk 3 bilik. Hanya dapat dua bilik dengan harga 3 bilik. Sepatutnya kena tulis 2 bilik sahaja. Lepastu tak tulis carpark hanya satu kereta untuk satu homestay.

酒店優點: 房間大，便宜 缺點:訂這個酒店就做好在馬路邊上罰站半個小時的準備，酒店網絡電話沒人接，直接打電話沒人接，永安幫忙聯繫過了半個小時工作人員才過來；預訂訊息裏衹説了需要付200馬幣按金，讓準備信用卡，實際衹收現金或者萬事達卡，我的visa卡他不收，我當時都想説不住了，給我退錢，工作人員叫我現在去換現金，真的nm**兒；浴室裏衹有一瓶沒有標簽的不知道是洗髮水還是沐浴露還是洗手液的東西；沒有牙膏牙刷；

I recently had the opportunity to stay at Arte Cheras by Awesomestay, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The unit was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed—perfect for couples looking to unwind and enjoy some quiet, quality time together. The ambiance truly promotes peace of mind, which made our short getaway very relaxing. However, there were a couple of areas that could be improved. The host had requested that we reach out via WhatsApp 24 hours before check-in for further instructions. When I did so, the response I received was a bit abrupt, advising me to message again an hour before check-in instead. This left some room for confusion and could have been handled more courteously. Additionally, we were told the Jacuzzi spa closed at 10pm, but unfortunately discovered it actually closes at 8pm. This discrepancy in information was disappointing, as we had planned our evening around it. That said, the stay itself was still enjoyable, and with clearer communication and more accurate information, it has great potential to offer an even better guest experience.

環境設施好，屋苑附近好多美食，唯獨欠缺商場，每次外出必要call 車。去雙子塔及鬼仔巷都係20分鐘車程。
