New and clean unit, but the service was a nightmare. Booked 2 units via 永安, but at check-in we were only given 1 key. The China-based management and the local operations team kept pushing the problem back and forth, while 永安 offered unhelpful “solutions” like moving us to another hotel or cancelling and rebooking without a refund guarantee. It took over 3 hours of chasing all three parties before they finally admitted the mistake and gave us the second unit. On the second day, we came back at night to find all doors open and our bags unzipped — clearly someone had entered without permission. Luckily, we had our valuables with us. Warning: No matter how nice the room looks, keep booking proof, confirm with the property before arrival, and guard your belongings closely.

Overall ok. However, there are some cons where the entrances path is super messy and there is only 1 entrance with 3 exits which is super confusing and inconvenience. Also, the parking lot is messy as well as there is no proper direction to show the pathway to the check in building.

The view are amazing. But sadly the room has bad smells, the location took us 10-15mins to walk to go to TRX which not really recommend if you have kids with u because the walkway not so nice

The location and room condition were okay. However, when I entered the room, the unpleasant smell was so bad that it gave me a headache. I complained and someone came and sprayed a lot of air freshener. The air got stale as it mixed. I won't come back here again so as not to spoil the mood upon arrival. Some of the staff are friendly, but the check-in area is not very friendly. This is the first time I've seen a place where the main desk is not friendly. I visit KL, Malaysia often, but the staff here are definitely not up to standard. Don't get me wrong, most Malaysians are smiling and friendly. Maybe it's because the owner isn't interested?

「新」新到全層好似得我一個住客，隔離好幾間電線外露，明顯未裝修好，敏感度差，唔準確又扮先進的touch panel，輸入住的樓層，好唔容易先返到上去。地方叫方便行去大商場10分鐘左右。

新房，衞生很好，第一次住這種公寓，沒有前台，但是房東提前會加微信幫忙處理很多的入住的事情，退房也衹要把房卡放在房間照片就可以了，房子非常新非常乾淨，也沒有什麼異味，很好的一次住宿。還可以到樓頂看景色

第一次住這家公寓，進門第一眼感覺房間比較大，很新。 房間空間很大，沒有什麼異味，床上用品和乾淨。衞生間也比較寬敞，熱水量也很大。特別滿意的一次入住，下次來這邊還會選擇。
