We check in late which is around 11pm and noticed that the water heater was spoiled. His staff came for check after we reported. However he said will do the maintenance tomorrow. No choice we have to accept. Been asking whether need put the key into locker again. The customer service said no need, will use the housekeeping key. Who knows when I asked whether repair done, only called to ask me whether got put key inside locker. As the CS said they lost the housekeeping key, requested me to return back the key. I said cannot, I am outside. Then only they said, no choice, they settle the key themselves. And also no air cond in one of the room. The air cond is installed in the living room and shared between. The lifts had 4 units which 2 units were under maintenance. Wait for so long for the lift! Only good thing is as compensation, they allow to check out at 1am! Definately will not come back for next time

All good cuma better sediakan at least 2 botol air mineral la.

Check in experience was okay-ish. We need to message/text the owner ourselves to get the check in information and the reply was a bit late. They got a check in desk beside the building and a deposit of RM150 is required. An individual free parking is provided at level 5 and the road to reach the parking space is a bit narrow if you're driving an SUV. The unit itself is nice and clean. The mattress is a bit hard but apart from that, we had a good experience. Location is excellent, very near tu bukit bintang and lalaport. However, check out experience is quite bad. I was checking out at around 9am. Since there was no instruction/guide for checking out given prior to that, I went back to the office for check out process but the office was locked. It turns out that we need to message the property first to ask for check out information. It's quite a hassle since I need to get back up to the unit to take video and send it to the owner. My suggestion for improvement is that a complete check in and check out guideline should be given early to customers prior to stay. Thank you

Great location, clean unit, and good facilities. Convenient stay in Bukit Bintang, though traffic can be busy

Schöner Apartmentkomplex, allerdings war es etwas schwer zu finden. Das Apartment selber war geräumig und ordentlich eingerichtet. Im Bad stank es ein bisschen,aber ans hat alles gut funktioniert. Die Aussicht ist toll.

The hotel security was very friendly, and the reception staff were helpful and efficient with check-in. The location is great, downstairs there’s a mamak and 7-Eleven, making it very convenient for food and essentials. It’s also near Petaling Street, which is a plus. Overall, the stay was good, but the cleanliness should be improved as we noticed small cockroaches in the bathroom.

The check-in staff is friendly and helpful, but the cleanliness was very poor, the toilet had a very unpleasant smell & the floor is really sticky, the cleaner wiped the floor with very smelly mop, so there is no any improvement in cleanness after housekeeping request again. Beds are uncomfortable and caused itchiness!!!! Overall it was a really bad & disappointing experience, will never choose to stay at this homestay again.

前台在一個隔層，有中文服務 辦了入住拿房卡。酒店環境還可以，需要自帶一次性用品，拖鞋也需要自帶。周邊吃的很多，可以步行去到茨廠街，打車去雙子塔也方便

The room was clean, i got a high floor room so the view was nice, the washing machine was not functioning at first but they fixed it right away. The staff was really helpful, friendly, and responsive. Gonna stay here again if I come to Malaysia next time.
