Satu daripada kemudahan yang disediakan tdk bersih utk digunakan.Sangat mementingkan hygiene lbh2 melibatkan mknan&minuman. Sdh complain by wassp to mngment but krik2. Paksa beli sndiri utk kemudahan harian spnjng stay.

The agent was on time but did not address other concerns other than checking in and out of the room. The room wasn't cleaned throughout our stay, and the room looks patched-up and poorly maintained. Only one did the cleaner offered to clean the room, and I told him to come back in an hour when we were ready to vacate the room. The TV wasn't working. There were three mini bars of soap and two miniature soap bottles that we were expected to use throughout our 4-day stay. I will not be recommending nor returning to this venue any time in future.

Location are great. Eatries and shopping area are downstair n nearby also Easy access to pub. Unfortunately the room is run down. Tap are hard to turn on. Air con leaks in master room. Toilets n bath tubs are very dirty. Furniture n fittings plse consider to change n upgrade. Honestly given these kind of pricing definitely not worth for 6 of us to stay again.some pict just dont feel worth taking to show Overall customer rating is a 3 . Hope owner get a thought to see personally b4 put up for stay.

No housekeeping at all, we have to live with dirty sheets and towels for duration of our stay (5 days).

浴缸是漏的（説是明天修那麼請問這麼大的洞是我第一個反饋的嗎） 床單枕套都有污漬 聯繫酒店沒有一次性牙刷已讀不回

Please note that this is a service apartment and not your regular hotel. They need to be notified in case you want to have your rooms clean and it’s a requirement by them to be present in the room while the cleaner comes to clean. A deposit of RM 100 is needed. There’s only 2 x 500ml drinking water provided on the first day and you are required to purchase your own drinking water hereafter. The in charge Mr Jaman is a very pleasant person and he’s very helpful when I requested for 30mins extra time to check out. The cleaner was also efficient in his chores. I’ll definitely come back again. The location is good and rather convenient with the monorail right outside.
