It was fun and the staff was very accommodating though I wait for 10 mins because they couldn’t find my hotel reservation but the room and the viewing our unit was spectacular. Jaw dropped as in. Thanks KLCC by the orchid team.

房間衞生很糟糕，不管你住幾天房間都是沒有打掃的，用品也不齊全，枕套跟毛巾都是臟的，前台接待態度非常惡劣，酒店介紹有水療浴缸結果進去才發現衹是個普通浴缸，而且浴缸位置就是窗戶沒有任何私密性可言！真心不推薦這個酒店

We are a family of 5 with a 2 year old, 11 & 15 years old children & they are so happy on their stay at the Scarlet Suites. Hossain assisted us during our stay with communication on Wechat. We just wish that we have more time to stay on Scarlet suite but unfortunately we have to go home after 2 days. Will definitely book it again on our return to KL Malaysia.

The location is near to KLCC, overall is great However, better to request the check in contact number via app, need to call them when reach the lobby.

Nice and very strategic place but a few things to take note of, the host does not have a self check in, and don’t have a check in counter as well, have to wait for a while for the service staff to come down for check in. The tower has 48 levels but only 4 lifts in service hence it always takes forever for the lift to arrive.

聽起來這次在馬來西亞的行程因為當地接待出了岔子，確實挺影響心情的。永安客服盡力了但管不了當地那邊，這種無力感確實讓人窩火。 不過話説回來，也不能一概而論覺得華人在那邊不受歡迎啦，可能衹是遇到的這個老闆比較隨性？畢竟每個地方都有靠譜和不靠譜的商家。下次如果再去，或許可以提前多做些功課，挑評價好點的地接，或者直接通過平台預訂更有保障的服務~ 這次就當是個小插曲，別讓它太影響整體的旅行心情呀~
