I wasn't informed earlier if I check in after 10pm, I had to pay additional RM25.00. My flight was late, I was informed about 9 pm about the additional fees for late check-in.

Vorweg: Ich hatte das ‘Studio by Nest Suite’ über eine längeren Zeitraum sehr oft für 1-3 Tage gebucht. Im folgenden hierzu meine erste Bewertung: Pros: + Check In/Out. Der Prozess wird über einen sehr netten Mitarbeiter von ‚Nest Suite‘ sehr schnell u. professionell - ohne Wartezeit - durchgeführt. + Gebäude und Studio: Es handelt sich um ein neues Gebäude mit 55- Stockwerke - ausgestattet mit Roof-Infinity- Pool Sauna:Fitness, Co-Working-Space uvm. Die Nutzung ist kostenlos. Ebenso die Studio-Zimmer sind modern und mehr als perfekt ausgestattet. Die Bilder/Buchungsseite entsprechen absolut der Wirklichkeit. + Lage: Sehr nah an KL Sental/NU Mall gelegen (Walking- Distance unter 5-Minuten) - Perfekt! + sehr faires Handling durch ‚Nest Suite‘ keine Kaution! Cons: - obwohl 6-High-Speed Fahrstühle: An Wochenenden /in High-Season können durchaus 15- Minuten Wartezeit/Aufzugszeit anfallen.

전반적으로 다 맘에 들지만 샤워실에 샴푸인지 바디 워시인지 모를 하나만 놓여져 있구요. 식기 관리가 미흡해요. 그 외에는 다 깔끔하고 좋아요.

離火車站很便利的一個酒店，大廳很漂亮，樓層數也很高，我們是在22樓，入住感覺很好，我還不小心打了店家的洗浴瓶...大家要注意是玻璃瓶哦，真的很抱歉，附上一張門口咪咪的美照，性格超好的哦，推薦打卡

Walking distance to monorail station, nice view and facilities like the pools and washing machines are good. I would suggest adding some vending machines for food and beverages in the building as I was finding for mineral water, but I can't get any in the building and the studio itself did not provide mineral water too. But for this price, I would say it was a good stay.

Overall ok,only parking is expensive RM20 Monorail beside only Opposite is KL Sentral Nice location If u r traveling by public transport,then can select this place

On the bright side, great infinity pool and common amenities (coworking space, gym, ...). On the downsides, the staff is pretty rude (no "hello" by text, kinda lied to us when we showed up at 3pm for checkin, which was clearly not ready, telling us that the elevator ride downstaires took 30 min.... haha, and hung up on me when I tried to call him). Might have been some communication issue but not feeling very welcome there. Also "Jaccuzi" is cold water same as the main pool temperature.

Выбирала локацию специально рядом с KL Sentral. Комната на 51 этаже, ночью вид из окон красивый. Комната подойдет для одной ночи, на длительное время я бы выбрала другой вариант. Есть фен, утюг, небольшое количество посуды. Заселение бесконтактное, удобно. На 30-м этаже прачечная, стирка и сушка по 5 рингитов. Там же смотровая площадка.
