設施：入住第一個房間熱水器第一個壞的，第二個房間，熱水不熱 衞生：這是值得表揚的，這個價位，衞生很不錯 環境：我覺得這個價位環境是很好的！三星標準 服務：酒店新開的吧，服務人員並不是很熟練。非主觀個人因素，換了三次房間。第一次，我訂的大床房，給我安排了雙床房，第二次，半夜一點半洗澡，熱水器是壞的，衹能換到另一個房間 在第二次換房的時候，衣服放在衞生間了，第二天退房，前台説要等客房部上班，我都要回國了，好無語，回國以後，還説沒找到，不翼而飛的一套衣服

買貴了，本來很難過，但是前台很和藹答應幫我升級房間😍 房間蠻乾淨的 肉眼看會比照片看起來漂亮 雖然在highway旁邊但是不影響睡眠👍 睡得挺舒服的👍

Hotel sangat affordable and selesa sangat. Sesuai untuk family sebab besar and comfy. Service pun okay, refund deposit pun laju (bagi yg QR payment). Staff pun friendly (thanks akak receptionist).

If you want convenience to Bukit Jalil stadium, is very near by driving or grab. If you very concern about quality of sleep and cleanliness you may need to consider. Coincidently there is a group of students and they talking louder and door open close very loud…the water flow to the drain is very slow..besides is petrol station and MCD so still ok..parking is at another building no direct access, you need to carry your luggage and walk upstairs and go to hotel lobby but is FOC.. and is raining ..so decide yourselves ..

a rebrand or refurbish hotel initially impressed with the lobby, but thats the only good thing about this hotel I was given a messy room, then the receptionist said he will give an `upgrade’ room, turn out it was given single bed instead of queen bed access room card was not working, I have to go back & forth from my room to the receptionist many times every single day the room was dim or dark even all the lights were turned on the toilet was slightly stinky and the sticky floor

位置比較偏，出門衹能打車，周圍沒有什麼吃的。房間裏的設施很差，洗手枱洗臉刷牙水能流一地，地就很滑。晚上空調聲音很大。
