We had a nice stay, we like the room. You can even prepare your meals, has a fridge and washing machine. Comfy bed!
But the receptionist was not that welcoming we arrived around 1am, he did not even greet us and no proper arrival briefing like other hotels do.
Hotel staff should be friendly and approachable.
Also there is a convenience store.
One thing.. the pool close too early at 9:00pm, bar close at 11:00pm. So better to swim around 8:00pm and we missed that😢 we had no idea that it will closed at 9:00.
I hope the mgt can extend it until 12:00am
We stayed there bc of the pool and night view, yet we missed it.

Good location and hotel are clean abits. The bad things was the bar tender with hand tattoo was not polite and no maner on serving me the cocktails. hope management take this seriuosly 🥹🥲
The reception staff was very dishonest. I mistakenly thought the deposit was RM200, so I gave him RM200. The staff didn't tell me the truth and even took a picture of himself receiving only RM100 (attempting to cover up that he had taken RM200). He only returned the money to me after I discovered the deposit slip only stated RM100 and pointed it out to him.
I had a fantastic stay at Ceylonz Suites Kuala Lumpur! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile.
The room was modern, spotless, and very well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially loved the stylish interior design and the stunning city views. The bed was super comfortable, and the overall ambiance made it easy to relax after a long day exploring Kuala Lumpur.
One of the highlights was the rooftop infinity pool and lounge area — the views of the skyline were absolutely breathtaking, especially at night. The location is also perfect, with many attractions, restaurants, and convenience stores within walking distance.
Overall, my experience at Ceylonz Suites was exceptional. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur, and I will definitely be staying here again on my next 永安! 🌟
地點離Bukit Bintang 不遠，去換錢、吃飯都方便，可惜只待一天早早離開...
經濟實惠的公寓，來吉隆坡還是非得住公寓才行。

Booked it last minute with a very affordable price. Easy check in process and ample parking space (RM5 per day). I’ve stayed here for few times, and keep coming back as each unit have a complete facilities and amenities. It’s very comfy and got everything I needed. Deposit is rm100 cash only, and they have atm machine in the lobby so it’s very convenient
