The check in process was so lousy. We were under Holma and we had to wait for long to get key and the PIC was so blur and end up checking my phone instead of coming prepared. I had to go and approach him if he was the PIC. They couldnt give me proper parking informtion also. We had to park in level 1 where the access card didnt work, then they told us to park at lvl 2, we had to load luggage again in car. TV wasnt working at room and a technician came yet he couldnt fix. On top of everything they advise us to check out early since there will be lift delay, that is solely irresponsible and unfair. The chck in at 11 itself is early on top of that we were advise to leave early. They should have given grace period if they know the building elevator is gonna be delayed. We also had to pay 300 deposit for this shitty place! Extremely dissapointing!
