酒店性價比很高，位置很黃金，距離阿羅街、公共交通、柏威年商圈都是步行距離範圍，樓下以酒吧居多，晚上很熱鬧，但房間並感受不到吵鬧。 設施：比較齊備，可滿足出現需求 衞生：比較乾淨，沒有遇到很離譜的衞生問題 服務：前台和客房服務都不錯

床墊狀況很糟糕，單人床的支撐性很差，睡了一晚身體痠痛，另外房間有奇怪的狐臭味，後來要求換房了，酒店房務人員也讓我檢查了房間，床墊有好一點但是支撐依然很差～需要對此做出改進才行，除此之外價格還是比較便宜的，位置一流，周邊很多餐廳～（圖片是失去支撐的床墊，明顯看到整個床墊已經傾斜在外）

感到非常失望。首先，房間的清潔度令人堪憂，床單和毛巾都非常陳舊，甚至能看到殘留的毛髮，這讓我對衞生條件感到很不安。其次，空調的製冷效果非常差，根本無法讓人感到舒適，尤其是在炎熱的天氣裏。此外，房間內還積了厚厚的灰塵，令人窒息，甚至有一股異味，讓人無法放鬆。總體來說，這次入住體驗非常糟糕，我對酒店的管理和清潔工作感到失望，希望他們能加強改善。 I am very disappointed. Firstly, the cleanliness of the room was concerning; the sheets and towels were extremely old and even had hair on them, which made me uneasy about hygiene. Secondly, the air conditioning was ineffective, providing no relief, especially in hot weather. Additionally, there was a thick layer of dust in the room, making it hard to breathe, and there was an unpleasant odor that made it impossible to relax. Overall, this stay was very unsatisfactory, and I am disappointed with the hotel's management and cleaning standards. I hope they can improve.

The hotel is clean. But there is no coffee or tea in the room. Only available in the lobby. No refrigerator provided. Can request and they will give a miniaturised fridge. And only 1 socket in the room and 1 in the toilet so you need to take turns charging your phone or devices. A 5 mins walk up a slope to reach jln alor. A quite location for a good sleep.

Great customer service. Great location in the centre of Bukit Bintang with easy public transport access. Bring your own hair conditioner if you need as they don't provide one. The shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner are 3-in-1.

friendly front desk especially Indian guy, he allowed me early check in, thx bro. clean room. all staff are friendly and humble. this hype hotel perfect for al type of travelling. just 5 minutes walk to bukit bintang. at night the sound of the bar music nearby little bit disturbing our sleep but its ok.

Были не в первый раз. Топовый отель за свои деньги. Отличное расположение - до всех мест в центре рукой подать. Рядом Jalan Alor, Petronas twin, Pavilion, много кафешек и ресторанов. Топовый бассейн на крыше.

Value for money. Hotel is located away from noise of Bukit Bintang but a stone throw away from Jalan Alor (night food street), about 6 minutes walk to Pavilion and 15 minutes to KLCC/ Twin Tower. Free flow of tea and coffee provided at lobby. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Towels can be cleaner a little. What is missing? Mini fridge will be good.
