We booked a Deluxe Suite at The Westin Kuala Lumpur. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Aireen and escorted to the Executive Club Lounge for a private check-in. Special thanks to Aaravind for his professionalism and for making the check-in process smooth and pleasant. Our room came with Club benefits, including afternoon tea, evening cocktails, and breakfast — which could be enjoyed either at the Club Lounge or at the main restaurant on Level 1. The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a good range of TV channels. Afternoon tea (2:00 pm – 4:30 pm) featured a nice selection of light bites such as sandwiches, curry puffs, and cakes. For the evening cocktails (5:30 pm – 8:30 pm), there were two soups, several hot dishes, and a fresh salad bar, along with an abundant spread of pastries. A dedicated bar counter with a bartender was available for made-to-order cocktails. Special mention to Marcus for his warm hospitality and attentive service — he made sure our drinks were always topped up. For breakfast, we opted to dine at the Club Lounge for a more exclusive setting. There were live egg and noodle stations, and a generous selection of hot dishes, including local favorites like roti canai and nasi lemak. Overall, we had a pleasant and memorable stay at The Westin Kuala Lumpur. The hotel is conveniently located and offers excellent service. We would definitely consider returning again.

Generally good. Location is convenient. Room is spacious. Staff are helpful. The equipment seems worn and the hygiene, especially toilets, needs some better work. Flies are quite disturbing in the room. Prefer bottled water rather than glass bottles filled with water. Not a lot of costs and not particularly meaningful in terms of environmental protection. 　Towels in the room are not consistent in style, showing unprofessional standard. TV is shaded, showing staleness.

地理位置非常優越，街對面就是百威年商場，吉隆坡最繁華的街區。酒店本身比較老，沒有想象中那麼好，訂的是行政樓層的雙床房，在32層，浴室裝修老，雙床房的床也小，但臨街窗外風光不錯。下午享受行政酒廊禮遇，可惜吃的東西很一般，茶和咖啡都一般，有點敷衍。行政酒廊在三樓，對着百威年，還不如在32樓往外看。有點失望。早餐豐盛，可惜不太和中國人口味，不是土豆就是豆子，中式炒菜少。吃飽沒問題。游泳池可以，比較大，還會打乒乓的房間。晚上打了一次服務電話，想要一條浴巾，結果沒人接！JW萬豪就在它隔壁，原來是同屬MARRIOT旗下，價格相似的情況下推薦住JW，可看我對JW的點評。

Great location, close to the Pavilion Mall which is across the road. Lots of good restaurants around. Check in was bit slow. Spacious room, attentive and helpful staffs. The food at the Westin Club lounge is okay.

It was quite an unpleasant stays actually.. I had food poisoning during my stays because the bread butter pudding i had from the hotel during my dinner on 29/8/2025 aint in a good state..overall just ok..love the bed and the pillows and the views tho..

Disappointed - Not the Westin Standard I Expected My recent stay was sadly disappointing. The room, unfortunately, did not meet the standard of cleanliness I associate with the Westin brand. For a hotel that prides itself on wellness and a pristine environment, this was a letdown. The fundamentals of housekeeping seem to have been overlooked, making an otherwise comfortable room feel neglected and not worth the premium price.

The rooms is clean and guest services is good. The breakfast is a bit limited. I would have expected a juice bar counter with multi fruits and also a limited in western food services eg sausage and hash brown. Noodles bar and fruits are ok. They had Nasi lemak Quite nice, but limited toppings. Pastry is ok.

I had a disappointing experience during my recent stay at The Westin Kuala Lumpur. Despite clearly indicating during booking that I did not want a corner room, I was assigned one upon check-in. To make matters worse, the room had a noticeable moldy smell, which was both unpleasant and unacceptable — especially for a hotel of this standard. It significantly impacted my comfort and overall impression. That said, I appreciate the prompt action by the Manager on duty, who quickly arranged a room change for me. While the swift response was commendable, I do hope the Westin team will place greater attention on guest preferences and room conditions in the future.

Nice Big room we do book a Club suite but funny that we got a suite but not on the club floor. But any way the key card still can used to go to club lounge. We stay 8 night . On 30 floor room is big with 2 wc in room Bed are comfortable amenities is not a Westin standard. Food was just Ok not that good. Service was ok . Swimming pool was to cool even the weather was 32 c but the water in Pool is just 22-24 . Location is the best. But a bit Noisy even midnight all Supercar come an drive very loud. At night from 23:30-03.00 hard to sleep for some one I sure.View from my room is very Nice specially at night.
