吉隆坡帝國麗晶套房酒店 (Imperial Regency Suites Kuala Lumpur)

廁所、房間有蟑螂，房間全身鏡下方有裂痕，怕孩子踢到割傷。房間燈光無法化粧。想要訂購餐食在房間進食卻不能掃描，打去櫃枱連接去餐廳，對方很久才上來卻拿隔壁房barcode 再給我掃描，也是不能，我要求拿菜譜給我，對方答應了卻沒有上來，等了許久，最後我帶孩子下去餐廳吃，服務環境不值得這價錢

封閉的物質味道很大， 看評論説附近有商圈其實都不近。 網也不穩定，關鍵是物質不乾淨而且保潔也不是每天都來 大早晨送瓶水就沒了 連垃圾都不倒！ 臨高速特別吵 經常有警車救護車路過很煩 如果有的選就不要選擇這 其實就是公寓改的不算正經酒店

Big room. Overall good. But the mattress is quite soft already and slightly not comfortable.

Parking is available at RM5 per day, which is quite convenient if you’re driving. The room itself was okay, though the lighting felt a little dim, which made the atmosphere less cozy at night. The building overall shows some signs of age, with parts of the paint starting to peel, so it does feel a bit dated. That being said, most of the essentials were in good working order. The in-room safe operated without any problems, Wi-Fi was provided and worked as expected, and the basic facilities were sufficient. There is one bathroom with a shower, as well as an additional separate toilet and shower room, which is practical for guests. Overall, while the place could benefit from some refurbishment and brighter lighting, it still offered the basic necessities for a comfortable short stay.

We had a pleasant stay throughout the 永安, the location is perfect, LRT Kerinchi station just right above the hotel, which is very convenient for us. Friendly staff, spacious room and comfy bed, highly recommended

The aircon is not cool. If u need aircon which has cool enough to sleep , you better dont chose this place. However it is a strategic and convenient location, but no food stall. The room is very big, do not stay alone , should stay with family ( at least two person )

隔音是非常非常的差，和睡在路邊邊上一樣，我住的811房，交通是真的方便。，大家自己斟酌

房間大、離地鐵站近，吃東西可以過橋到對面的The Sphere ，選擇較多。酒店無早餐，前台辦入住和退房手續較慢
