設施：沒有拖鞋 衞生：良好 環境：良好 服務：特別差 出了很多問題 圖片上顯示有景觀 實際房間被樓擋住 連住三天但是分兩個訂單 第三天還要重新交300按金 且行李寄存要收費 下午3:00以後才能入住 總共交近650按金 兩個月左右才能到賬 而且前台放行李時 我跟他説那個行李是臟的 要放地上 他聽不懂似的依舊放我乾淨行李上面 這個最無語 最後永安退了我100

I like the room is good but if you book the hotel from promotion the stuff behaves like 😏 ＞＞＞＞＞and fixing your location hotel please 🙏 bring me know where make me so scares

The room was spacious, modern, and very clean — it truly felt like a luxury hotel at an affordable price. The bed was comfortable, and the city view from our window was absolutely stunning, especially at night. The facilities were impressive — from the infinity pool overlooking the KL skyline to the relaxing ambiance around the property. The staff were also friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more pleasant. Location-wise, it’s perfect! Just a short distance from Kuala Lumpur’s main attractions like KLCC and Petronas Towers, and there are nearby restaurants and convenience stores too. Overall, it was a memorable stay — a great mix of comfort, style, and value for money. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur, whether for leisure or business.

This hotel is very affordable and gives you a high end experience. From a very spacious and elegant room with a nice view and free swimming in the pool. It’s very convenient and near the airport and city centre so it’s very easy to roam around the city.

Great stay! Zila at the lobby was super friendly and helpful, she made check-in fast and easy. Really appreciated her service — it left a very positive impression of the hotel

Semua kemudahan berbayar, berbanding hotel murah yang lain..kolam yang menjadi tarikan juga berbayar dan sehingga jam 10 mlm. Kebersihan tidak memuaskan didlam bilik.ada underwear guest tertinggal, inner blanket sdh bertukar kuning .

I stayed in a floor-to-ceiling window room with a beautiful KLCC skyline view. The room does not have a balcony, but the view itself was stunning, especially at night. The facilities were generally good, and I appreciated the quality hair dryer provided. However, the pillows were a bit too high and firm for my comfort. The property features two swimming pools – one on the 8th floor, which is free for guests, and another rooftop infinity pool on the 48th floor that requires an additional fee. There is only one convenience store available within the property, and the location is slightly away from the city center, so some travel is needed if you want more dining or shopping options. Parking options are as follows: Indoor parking: RM25 per night Outdoor parking with security: RM15 per night Roadside yellow-box parking: Free Overall, this accommodation offers a great city view and is a good option if you’re looking to enjoy the KLCC skyline. However, for travelers who prioritize central location and easy access to amenities, it might be a little less convenient.

Blankets are not well washed. One side always look dirty despite of request to change a new one. Causing bitten on hands. Reception counter is closed, so better pray that there is no problem occur during the stay. There is no power plug near bed. Moving around is not convenient.
