住在酒店3樓，窗外望向天橋及商場，頂層是酒店是大堂前台，還有早餐餐廳、健身室及游泳池，房間乾淨，停車場出入口對面，有夜市 food court。

I arrived at the hotel past midnight, and check-in was smooth and pleasant. I appreciated that the security team was alert and active, both on the ground and on my floor, which made me feel safe. The room was spacious and well-equipped, featuring a mini kitchenette with plates, cutlery, a toaster, and a large fridge. The space was also clean and well-maintained. The only downside was the noise level. I could hear motorbikes speeding along the nearby road, and there were frequent door slams from other rooms — even as late as 2:25 a.m., which made it difficult to rest.

可能凌晨入住，給了間最靠邊最小的一間，和永安房間照片不一樣，房間外牆是傾斜的，所以最角落那間最小，廁所門的都不能轉身。入住後發現衞生間窗關不了，下水管也漏水。第二天跟前台説明情況，前台告知我，我定的房型就是這樣的，前台小黑姐姐態度還挺強硬的，然後説壞的地方會派人維修。後來窗修好了，下水管道修了三天也沒修好…我也懶得去掰扯，就這樣吧，反正這次入住感受不是很好。我的房間房型比其他小夥伴差價格還定的貴，從agoda上面定好像便宜不少。這次永安讓我失望了

I recently booked 4 rooms at this hotel for my friends visiting from the UK, and we were all extremely impressed with the level of service. From check-in to check-out, the staff were helpful, friendly, and professional. A special thanks to Ms. Hema, whose service was absolutely outstanding. She went out of her way to ensure everything was perfect for us and made our stay extra special. Truly a 5-star experience—highly recommended!

The room is spacious with full amenities provided, sufficient parking space available and it is near to the business area of desa sri hartamas which is full of food choice. However some of the items in the room need touch up and cleanliness can be better. The door of the wardrobe spoiled so only able to open till half and there is some dust not clean properly compared to the previous stay.

몽키아라에서도 식당가 근처라 밥먹기가 무엇보다 편하다. 어떤 메뉴라도 다 있다. 원몽키아라 쪽으로도 도보 접근이 가능하여 몰의 편의성도 느낄 수 있다. 다만 고속도로 바로 옆인 점, 현관문의 밀폐가 약한 점 때문에 소음에는 취약하다. 호텔도 알고 있기에 귀마개가 준비되어 있다. 이번에 묵은 방은 간단한 식기류와 전자렌지, 전기주전자만 준비된 방이라 본격적인 요리가 가능하지는 않지만 즉석조리 식품을 간단히 해먹는 정도는 문제없었다. 직원들은 다가오지는 않지만 불편한 점이 있어 요청하면 대응은 빠른 편이다. 저렴한 가격에 위치가 매우 훌륭하여 소음 등의 단점은 있지만 몽키아라 쪽에 볼 일이 있거나 한다면 다시 묵을 것 같다

10週年記念価格ということで、とても安く泊まれよかったです。部屋は広く、遮音性も良く、快適に過ごせました。KLセントラルには遠いですが、近所には美味しい飲食店がたくさんあるのもよかったです。またスタッフさんたちは皆、親切でよかったです。
