城市商務酒店（武吉免登） (City Comfort Hotel Kuala Lumpur City Center (Bukit Bintang))

房間乾淨整潔，每天都會補兩瓶水，打掃房間。另外，酒店所有房間禁煙，請吸煙的朋友慎選，，，，，，,,,,

酒店位置挺好的，旁邊有地鐵站。離火車站也不遠。走路就能到柏威年廣場，雙子塔，再遠點也可以逛到獨立廣場，佔美清真寺，國家清真寺。 前台的服務態度特別特別好，很熱情，告訴我哪裡有好吃的。而且晚上的各種粥也很暖心，剛好趕上我不太舒服，晚上正好喝粥。房間也非常大，有窗很安靜，而且有景觀，夜景也挺好看的。 更可貴的是有洗衣機也很乾凈，乾衣機也很好用。床品都很新，床墊睡着也很舒服。毛巾不是那種純白的但是香香的也很好聞，總體都是不錯的。我沒有現金，所以也沒收按金。 缺點是房間打掃的不算太乾淨，比如扶手椅的金屬件上是灰塵，晾衣桿的金屬件也是灰塵。吹風機上有頭髮。地上和桌子上都有幾處污漬，而且都是可擦掉的，我試過了，我也擦掉了。就是打掃房間的人不仔細。能再仔細些就更好了，希望酒店🏨變得更好，以後還來住。

18號下午那個前台姐姐服務態度很好，會中文，很熱情。還有免費夜宵吃，酒店周邊很多好吃的，都能付款寶付款，很方便。

The hotel quite ulu, was in an alley. The room seem ok, just that the bathroom have some black stains here and there. Seem like a pretty old hotel. I feel for 1 night shld be ok. Luckily the bed was clean.. hahaha! Tv was only local channels, and they provide free supper from 9pm to 2am, i saw was porridge. They have minimart below as well.

I stayed one night at City Comfort Hotel and had a great experience. As a returning guest, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a free room upgrade to Deluxe room — super spacious and comfortable! Check-in was smooth and the front desk staff were very welcoming. The room was clean, well-equipped and the location is unbeatable — just minutes away from Bukit Bintang, perfect for shopping and food hunting. One of the highlights of my stay was the free supper provided by the hotel, including hot chicken congee and Chinese fried dough sticks （you tiao） — unlimited servings! It really made the stay feel homely and warm. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next 永安 to KL, ❤️ City's Comfort Hotel, Bkt Bintang, KLCC!

旅行中最讓人感動的，往往是那些意外的小確幸。 在城市酒店住了一晚，前台小姐姐認出我是常客，不僅笑臉迎接，還主動免費幫我升級了特大房型，真的有被温暖到。 夜晚還有熱騰騰的雞粥配油條，免費供應而且無限量，像深夜裡有人默默為你準備的那一碗粥，吃在嘴裏，暖在心裏。 雖然不含早餐，但這樣貼心的服務，已經遠勝一頓早飯。位置好、服務棒、還很有人情味——城市酒店，推薦給你。

如果不是窮到一定地步，我建議大夥多加一百塊住一間好點的……尤其是出來玩的，既然都出來玩，別委屈自己，別看靠近華人聚集地就想着吃美食就無腦沖這間，這是我有史以來住的最差最達芬的酒店，我不知道這間和國內的城市便捷有什麼關係，想着是中國品牌，中國人不騙中國人，好嘛，第一間房被子發黃，換了第二間，被子上有不明乾涸的液體痕跡，紙巾不知道是灰還是啥，住了一天第二天立馬退房多加一百住了其他酒店

Disappointing Stay – This Hotel Doesn’t Deserve an 8.0 Rating Booked 2 rooms for my mum, my girlfriend, and me. We checked in at 2am due to coach delay, exhausted. We didn’t check the rooms thoroughly until the next morning. My mum complained about itchiness at night. Her bed had black specks, hair, and unclean linen. Mine had a visible blood stain. I reported this along with a faulty air-conditioning system and non-functioning phone to the front desk at 8am. We returned to the hotel at 4pm — nothing had been cleaned, even though the “make up room” sign was left. Someone had entered my room and turned on the AC, although we only had one card. This was worrying. Then I noticed everything: Phone didn’t work TV remote faulty Hot water took 5 mins to heat up No slippers Moldy, cracked bathroom tiles Towels were old and stained I complained again at 6pm. At 8pm, the manager said he "fixed" everything except the hot water (low pressure) and AC (room facing sun). These excuses were unacceptable. He offered to change rooms, but only to a lower level — not an option since I was traveling with my elderly mum and wanted to stay on the same floor. Honestly, this hotel was a complete letdown. I urge 永安 to review its rating system and revoke any certificate displayed in this hotel. It's misleading and unearned. Do not recommend. Holiday felt spoiled as we can't rest in comfort.
