酒店沒有手巾及面巾，洗手盤週邊位置太細，放不到東西。三合一的沖涼液、洗髮精及護髪素確實過分，最過分的是浴巾有汚漬及銹漬，我兩位朋友，一個浴巾有銹漬，另一位的浴巾更有血漬。今後都不會再入住，更不會推薦給朋友。🥵

Overall is good but just a bit troublesome n confusing on the parking lot . Bed is comfortable and bathroom is clean. Overall is good to sleep for one night .

a very comfortable place to stay, the staff really helpful with our things, the breakfast surprisingly good!😆😆 the cleanliness are okay. near to the Mall, you just need to walk about 7 mins to Pavilion Mall

Limited parking space. It’s on first come first served basis. Have to park outside at other carpark and pay parking fee. Room is fine. Quite clean. Hairdryer is fixed in bathroom so have to be careful.

Last minute booking for 2 night stay ,value for money as the location is near to Pavilion shopping mall and TRX shopping mall. Everything is decent, room is clean ,parking lot not much , it's first come first serve basis.

Stayed for one night and had a comfortable experience. Smooth check-in as the receptionist was very helpful and friendly. Parking can be a bit tricky, but it's manageable if you're patient. The room was clean and a decent size. However there is a limited space for praying based on the direction of the kiblat. Bed was comfortable, but I do wish they provided two pillows for each bed instead of one. Location-wise, the hotel is closer to TRX than Pavilion, but both are still within walking distance, which is convenient for getting around. Overall, a decent stay with good basics.

Although the room is a bit small, it’s surprisingly cozy and comfortable! The breakfast was also enjoyable. Since this is a mid-range hotel, don’t expect 5-star luxury—but it’s clean, comfy, and the food is definitely satisfying. Overall, a pleasant stay—grateful for the experience!

入住的體驗感很好，服務人員態度親切，服務到位也不會讓人有負擔。房間在員工電梯旁，雖然影響不大，就是隔壁的開關門聲音還是會被嚇到，尤其夜間的時候。還有房間的廁所，因為空間有限，建議門可以換成摺疊或推門的方式，廁所門很礙事。飲用水喉建議可以貼上告示，研究了很久才知道是飲用水。

I booked a Superior Plus room, but the room was small, and the low ceiling and dust made me feel suffocated. What really made me consider changing hotels was the design of the basement parking. They installed a car lift mechanism, which is highly impractical given the low ceilings throughout the building and the limited space to lift the cars. My friend’s car was even scratched due to the tight parking area and the poorly designed system. Additionally, the entrance to the parking area is a one-way path with no clear signage or instructions. Overall, it was a very disappointing stay, definitely no next visit to this hotel.
