Sangat suka, kamarnya bagus luas, bersih..bisa nyuci, masak.. next ke KL pasti kesini,, jalan ke pavilion agak jau,, kira” 1 km jalan kaki.. klo mau ke mall baru exchange lbh dekat..

please be carful when booking Dorsett Residences because there is many hotel and apartment with this name . at at first i booking in (Dorestt Bintang 5min to pavilion KL) and when reach there the apartment refused this booking and tell me to contact to TRIP.com and then 永安 .com send me to (Dorsett Residences Sri Hartamas) it is about 30min by Car from pavilion Mall (very far) . and all photo not like fact and it is small can not sleep sofa and single bed it is very small.

The property is surrounded by various attraction centre such as shopping(Pavillion Mall, Sungei Wang Plaza, Times Square, Lalaport, Low Yat,Fahrenheith and suchs),food centres(western, chinese, malay, arabic,indian cuisines), entertainment, massage parlour and etc. The property located on the busy street of the golden triangle. Getting transport is just a matter of pressing your phone.. overall it is intersting area to stay and would not hesitate to stay here again next time my 永安 in kL

Customer service is very prompt. Checking in and out is easy. Parking was a little iffy but resolved. My suggestions for improvement; 1. repair toilet exhaust fan :) 2. Door room to washing machine needs to be tighter. It was banging on itself due to the strong winds. 3. The compressor is inside the washing machine room which is right next to the masted bed area. Unfortunately, the AC is poorly serviced so the airflow is weak and the compressor is too noisy whoch kept me up almost the whole night. Please change, service or fix the AC.
