缺點：洗臉盆水流小水龍頭漏水沒修好花灑也是爛的沒有吹風機衣架一共兩個還有一個是爛的隔音一般門鈴聲太大容易吵到別人優點：價格不算貴性價比一般位置也算離市中心近總體來説一般般

worst & terrible! sampai di hotel dalam pukul 5 petang. check in time everything ok and perlu bayar RM 50 for deposit. suasana lobi hotel dan keadaan lobi memang tak dinafikan cantik dan bersih. tapi sayangnya, bila saya masuk ke dalam bilik ada bau rokok. staff FO kata hotel ni tak boleh merokok tapi macam mana dorang boleh release bilik yang still ada bau rokok untuk customer lain? paling teruk bed sheet, duvet cover and pillow case penuh dengan stain. towel pun tak disediakan, kena mintak kt FO baru staff HK hantar. sudah lah linen stain, tak tukar pulak linen yang orang dah guna. bila mintak tukar bilik staff FO kata bilik dah penuh. HK team perlu improve dari segi kebersihan!

Bilik okay. Cuma tv takde siaran digital. Kena ada acc google untuk guna tv.. layan youtube n netflix je. Kemudahan parkir tiada. Kena park kat area yg berbayar 1 malam RM15. Dibawah banyak kedai makan chinese food. Cuma yg bagus akses ke laluan2 utama bagus. Harga berbaloi.

As always Pudu is a great location with bukit bintang and klcc right around the corner. Coupled with your day to day amenities, abundance of hawker food and lrt connection. Hotel was clean when we checked in. But have to take out the trash yourself and no housekeeping will be done in the name of sustainability. Amenities were pretty bad. I had to enquire for a hairdryer three times and it was finally sent up after an hour or so due to the storeroom key being with another employee. Water heater is also jumpy so be ready for cold awakening in the morning unless it somehow decides to work. The worst would be the toilet sliding door. It fell down and hit me on the head and body. Thankfully a room change was done, but the plank had no reason to fall at all. If you can't assure customer safety, then how? Overall pay for another place. Saves you the headache and get more for your money.

I am very disappointed with my stay. The room had many cockroaches, making it unhygienic and uncomfortable. Despite calling for room cleaning, the cockroach problem has only gotten worse.

The service is not bad, but the worst thing is that there is no water! As a result, we didn't have water to take a shower. They came up to check and said they would change the room for us, but we didn't get any reply! There are lipstick marks and holes on the sheets. There are girls' false eyelashes on the towels. They said they would change them for us, but we didn't get a new towel.

The hotel’s location was convenient with plenty of food options nearby, and the room itself was decent. However, the cleanliness was very disappointing. The first room I checked into had a cockroach, so I requested a change. The second room I was given did not use a key card but an old-fashioned key, which felt unsafe. Additionally, the floor was oily, curtain could not cover the window completely and yellowish towel. Because of these issues, I did not feel comfortable continuing my stay there.

Upon checking in, we have to deposit 50RM as per hotel policy. But, they didn’t as I just booked for one day and it was nearly to check out time upon arrival to Hotel because of Bus delay from Singapore. Supposed to check out by 12pm but I checked out at 2pm and just charged 30RM. Room is a quite big and clean, no smell, provided iron and ironing board, but there is no dryer. Hotel receptionist is very friendly and very polite to us so we can say that this is the best ever hotel in this price.

Свеженький, недавно отреновированный отель в районе TRX. Номер маленький, но удобный, в пешей доступности торговые центры. Бассейна, спортзала и завтраков нет — вообще. Если важна только чистая кровать в центре — отличный вариант. Смотрите видеообзор на YouTube-канале Pikart Travel — покажем всё как есть.
