自助入住手續繁複， 按金付款也不容易做到。浴室房間內去水管聲音太嘈，整天都發出聲響沒法入睡。以whatsapp 聯絡無人回應。

Check in process was tedious and inefficient, multiple steps and multiple photos to send photos and still had to nudge them for response. They will only give you the check in details within the hour of the 3 pm check in, but even then the passcode on the lock was wrong. No one picked up the phone when called for trouble shooting. Unit had faulty blinds and a drain that was constantly dripping water that could be heard from the bedroom… also had to inform them of missing toilet paper and crumbs on the sofa. Sofa also looked mouldy and water stained so I didn’t use it at all. Feedback was shared to them via text but they remain unresponsive.. Stay if you’re not picky and ok with hassle
