For budget travellers. Room design variable despite under same category, some ok but some not. The staff are kind and helpful though. For this stay, the staff named Ms.Mahmuda took good initiative to inform the guest on the last check-in time is at 10pm ( not 24 hrs), otherwise I would be arriving late and unable to stay in. She was kind enough to accommodate my request to change the room from the assigned one ( which I do not like).

This was my third time stayed at here. For easy access and good location, i will directly search for Swing & Pillow hotel 👍🏻 The hotel near to Masjid Jamek station and have alottt of cafe near it. Tq to Staff Ain and indian lady. But my room for this time was at the corner, can see the lrt from your window, even at 2-3am in the morning the sound of motorcycles and more was so loud 😅 if u are a light sleeper not recommend this room. Also the door lock, I really hope u guys change it to the better n new one ya 👍🏻 Thankyouu

Lokasi strategik berdekatan LRT Masjid Jamek. Receptionist nama Ain memberi layanan yg terbaik. Bilik upgrade ke 1 katil queen + double decker.. Mungkin boleh improve utk tambah mineral water. Selebihnya puas hati dengan harga bilik. Akan repeat.

I had a wonderful stay here. The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to get around the city. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff were very helpful and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices. Definitely a place I’d stay again.heheh

This is a hotel by the metro. The location isn't bad, and you get a nice view of the metro from the room. However, at night, the sound of the trains can make it a bit hard to sleep. The room service and staff service were quite good, but the room was very small, and there was no ventilation in the bathroom, which I didn't like very much.

지하철역 근처라서 택시 안타고도 이동이 편했고 근처에 시장과 마트가 있어서 여행하기 최고의 위치예요. 직원들도 친절하고 각층마다 정수기 있어서 좋았고, 휴지 필요하다고 하면 신속히 갖다주시네요. 다만, 지하철 선로가 창문 바로앞이라서 6분마다 덜거덕 덜거덕 우르릉 쾅쾅 소리를 감당해야해요. 그리고 건물자체가 노후되다보니 벽이랑 바닥 갈라짐이 곳곳에 보여요.

The hotel is clean, it is situated at the perfect location of Kuala Lumpur where we could access to everywhere via train, bus & taxi. The service is good and it provides sufficient amenities to the room guests.

The room was big and I love that I have the bathtub I booked online. The hotel staff are attentive. They don't have a telephone in the room which makes it difficult to communicate with them as you need to go down the counter. Was initially given with a room that I didn't book online but was later on given with the room I booked when I complained. The staff are friendly and it is good to see the smiling staff.
