房間很大，位置也很不錯，剛好位於市中心外圍，一點都不吵鬧。 酒店電梯那邊的落地窗，可以看到吉隆坡的雙子塔。 樓下挺多中餐店的，吃不慣本地食物的話可以選擇。 酒店早餐很豐盛，光雞蛋就有四種做法。 唯一敗筆是酒店泳池有點迷你，像個澡池子哈哈，比新加坡美居icon的小好多。

房間衞生、地段好、周邊吃得較多 美中不足是reception的效率比較低，感覺好像對酒店系統不是很熟悉，check-in大約花了15分鐘，建議改進。

Nice view in common area. Breakfast has limited selection therefore I would recommend going to nearby local cafes within 5-10 walk. The ventilation in the restaurant needs improvements. Saw a couple of small fleas in room. Appreciate the water dispenser but the water seemed to have some impurities in the mug, so I’m not sure if it’s the mug or the machine. Bed is on the soft side. Pillows are fine. Tv selection good. Pool is small but ok overall. Staff are friendly.

住了三晚，房間整體一般，早餐的餐廳油煙味很重，吃完早餐都要回房間洗頭洗澡，衣服上全是油煙味，讓人很想飆臟話，房間打掃衞生超過12點要自行付費才能打掃，一個標四星的酒店打掃衞生還要付費，長這麼大住過這麼多國家還沒聽説過酒店打掃衞生要付費，不能接受，如果下午沒有工作人員打掃可以提前溝通説明清楚，或者入住前提醒，總之服務體驗很差，建議永安不要簽約這種服務差體驗不好的酒店，也建議各位親愛的國人慎選不要踩坑👎👎👎

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel was very clean, the location was perfect and close to everything, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always making us feel welcome. The service was excellent throughout our stay. The only small point was that the amenities could be improved a little, but overall it was a very comfortable and enjoyable experience. Highly recommended for couples looking for a relaxing getaway.

Good location. Shopping and entertainment at Lalaport nearby. Good local food in vicinity such as ICC Pudu, Michelin award restaurant 老二. Nice view of Merdeka 118 and KL twin towers. Filter water dispenser available in the room which is so convenient for green movement

The room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed. Check-in was super quick and hassle-free. Location is great too—really close to Berjaya Times Square and Lalaport, so it’s easy to get around. The place was clean and well-kept. Breakfast was okay, nothing fancy but decent enough. Overall, a comfy and convenient stay!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️We had a very nice stay at the Mercure Shaw Parade. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. A great feature was the water filter machine providing fresh drinking water—a very thoughtful and eco-friendly touch. Would definitely stay here again! The location is fantastic—easy to walk to plenty of restaurants for dinner, and having a wine shop right across the street is a huge plus!

Our third time staying in this hotel. Staffs are generally very friendly. Rooms are clean & decent size with comfy beds. Many yummy food within walking distance below/nearby the hotel at Pudu. Lalaport mall / Berjaya Times Sq / TRX etc is just a short walk away. Monorail & MRT are not too far away too. We like this location as is not as rowdy & noisy as in Bt Bintang vicinity yet pretty convenient to us.
