非常喜歡這個公寓型酒店，配套設施很全面，酒店衞生乾淨整潔，入住整體感覺非常不錯，性價比非常高，下次還會再來。

2nd times booked this accommodation. because it's close to KL Courthouse, no need to jam at the morning whe you are traveling from other places to KL Courthouse. Very good view from the top in the morning, sometimes it can see Batu Cave nd Genting in the good weather condition. We didnt have time to use any facilities in this place. Free parking with validate the visitor parking card. Bed size is a little bit small for big size body to sleep with two peoples.

It has always been my choice for a night stay in KL. Free parking provided and Japanese restaurant within hotel compound. Reception are always nice and polite. Recommended hotel.

Semuanya best la tapi please la alert bab kebersihan, cadar, selimut, sarung bantal. Berbau sangat. Kitaorang penat sampai lewat so memang x mintak untuk tukar bilik sebab bawak anak kecil lagi. Yg best kat ami memang cukup lengkap

入住時櫃枱服務人員利用地圖解說很清楚，讓我們很容易探索各設施空間。居住環境美觀，官網宣傳照片差距不大，很適合拍照、留念！ 入住時只有雲朵泳池和小泳池有開放，游完後沖洗室沒有置物架可放衣物，水是涼水，對於沖澡很不便利。

AMI Suites is very nice accommodation to stay. Would consider to stay there more often. Close walk to Publika. Just no much choice close to Arte Monte.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The receptionists were so nice and even upgraded my room. It was very clean and had a lot of complentary snacks. The place was really big and I woukd recommend you asking where all the amenities are since the pools are all located on different buildings/towers. There's even a mini mart opened till 2am? 3am? for late night supper. Highy recommend staying again. The only downside was that the lift waiting was time can be a bit long so recommend adding an extra 10 minutes or going out during the low peak timings.

優點： 1. 前台幾個人態度非常好，精神飽滿、態度積極。好過在吉隆坡住的其他五星酒店。 2. 酒店裝修設計好，歐式風格。 3. 電梯多，基本不用等。 4. 走路十分鐘有大商場和超市，買東西方便。 5. 三個泳池，有一個很大，孩子玩的很開心。 缺點： 1. 房間裏有空調外掛機，雖然有一扇門關起來，但噪音真的很大，影響睡覺。 2. 按摩池水壓不夠，而且很多人打卡拍照，地又非常滑，差點摔倒，非常影響體驗。去用了一會就沒再去了。 3. 離市中心有點遠，每天都要打車來回。
