房間非常差，與實際價格不相符，俱樂部高級豪華大床房竟然不是獨立房間！衞生也極差！一個四星級酒店竟然沒有人會中文，服務人員業務不熟練！

華人禮遇基本上算是0吧，傍晚入住辦手續的都是馬來人，第二天白天因為續住問題，實在交流不清楚，出來一個會説中文的馬來主管。 住了七天，基本上都是英文交流吧！ 酒店位置不錯，就在KLCC中心，酒店的電梯3A可以直達空中連橋，直通suria 柏威廉 武吉免登，挺方便的。 游泳池在4樓，可以看到雙峯塔的尖尖。 早餐在一樓，但是一般般。 總體來説酒店還是可以。

Always a great stay at the Impiana. I invariably choose this hotel when coming to KL because of its central location yet with good value and great access to KLCC Park and Suria shopping Centre as well as the Pavilion Mall all via the Skybridge which keeps you both dry and protected from the Sun. The stuff fantastic, especially Concierge and also Karen at reception who does it all she can to help.

A really great hotel in an ideal location with easy access to some of the malls and attractions. The breakfast was definitely the highlight of the hotel! A must stay hotel when in Malaysia

Had a comfortable stay at Impiana KLCC hotel. Rooms were clean and spacious, very convenient location and in close proximity to the Patronas Towers, KLCC and Pavilion KL. Concierge staff were helpful.

Only plus with this hotel is the location which is walkable distance to Petronas and breakfast varieties. We stayed in deluxe twin bed at 6th floor with blocked view of city. So nothing special about viewing. Room was pretty old. Small TV with DVD set which tells how older the hotel is..this need upgrade with latest systems. Parquet Flooring was squeaky with some bumps. Bathroom tap was leaking and floor became wet quickly. Bath tub was terrible. House keeping was below average Can see coffee stains almost all cups in the room and restaurant. So we avoided coffee in rooms Stains were seen in pillow and they arranged to provide replacement for one pillow. Litters on the floor were not removed during house keeping. Dust in every nook and corner. Doors were damaged. It is a 2 stars hotel. Will never visit again or recommend. The reason for the bad review is the cost we paid for this room is quiet high and we expected higher floor but provided with low floor.

Room was clean and condition was good and comfortable. Minor issues like one of the lifts cannot accept my room card and cleaner threw away one of my personal toiletries item. The rest are good.

就在KLCC旁邊。打車去機場一小時左右。 訂了套房，滿大的房間。也挺乾淨 就是有點久了，前台也挺快的，雖然態度一般。不需要按金

Location, bed quality, service of staff are all good. However, wifi not working at all during stay. Breakfast not so enjoyable due to only one coffee machine available that cause long queue. For a 5 star hotel like Impiana, falling short on wifi and coffee machine is not acceptable.
