Arrived around 6pm and checked in was smooth. Not much people at the lobby. Staff were professional and work fast. Room cleanliness was acceptable. Aircond and wifi works well. Overall it was a good stay.

Very comfortable, super spacious, Room has bathtub and normal standing shower room. Location is superb, next to LRT and Sunway Putra Mall. Price is superb affordable. Would love to stay here again.

Location was superb. Senang sangat nak pergi mall just walk across the bridge. Service pun mantap. Receptionists and staffs were very friendly and they were nicely dressed too. My only complaints would be the not so cold aircond and the hallways were quite spooky. But overall i enjoyed my stay there.

First time i stay Seri Pacific Hotel KL, I really” like their Hotel and service from their Staff❤️ Their staff very helpful!! When i come KL again confirm i will take Seri Pacific Hotel KL for i stay a few day🫶🏻❤️✨

An affordable hotel that turned out to be pretty decent and comfortable with full toiletries provided. The room furnishings are dated and need more maintenance. Security also needs to be improved as room access is easily accessible. With the convenience of a mall and the rail network at the doorstep, this hotel location has its own plus points.

Service was good. Despite booking room with King Bed but was given twin bed room with a reason rooms are full which doesn't reflect an efficient managing. But was offered a room with nice KLCC view. Swimming pool is a bit small. Flat rate of RM5  for parking.

It's giving a luxurious stay with all the services given..park with ease..explore KL with rails services just right in front of the hotel..was not easy to get this price for 2 nights stay..thanks 永安 for the great offer

Overall services are good, friendly and professional front staff. Only restaurant staff need more training..I guess they are either intern or trainees. Waitresses shouldnt wipe pieces of food dropped on the table to the floor. A few of them need to wear a smile on their faces, and show some interest in their own work.

old facilities. shower is noisy, tv is old one, bedsheets is teared. bad service. bellboys dont even smile at us when we came. no professionality when I ask for luggage storage. also when we leave the hotel, they greet us sarcastically. smelly towel the water also. no bathrobe eventho mentioned at the booking confirmation. corridor also very old. plus they dont even clean the room properly. we found bottle of spritzer under the sofa. breakfast was so so. nothing special comparing with the price. anyways love the location near to the sunway putra mall and lrt station. view from room also not bad

I bring my family along as I'm attending a course in the hotel. I got room with klcc view. Although I brought my 4 kids along and requested another extra bed,the room was not cramped. Breakfast was good,and staff was very helpful. Bath tub was a plus point. Easy access to sunway mall also
