酒店就在吉隆坡數一數二的大型商場mid valley樓上，大堂就有通道接駁去商場，下雨也沒問題，完全方便到一個點，什麼都有，有超級市場有食肆有都，超級方便。 不過在入住期間就房間𥚃面嗅到煙味，打電話到前台，服務員很快便上來檢查並確認房間的確有抽煙味道，然後迅速地更換房間。值得一讚！

房間大且乾淨， 旁邊就是很大的購物中心，買特產或吃飯購物都非常方便，且櫃枱服務人員熱情專業，凌晨離開時還會關心要怎麼到機場， 下次到吉隆坡還會考慮住這間

Great location with Mid Valley mall and Gardens Mall beside. The LRT station is also close by with linking bridges. The room is spacious and clean, like the idea of filling up water with flasks. It would be good if there's a small rack or holder in the shower area for guests to put their own toiletries. Good variety breakfast except that there's only two types of tea bags. Porridge is good with a lot of condiments.

We arrived early and they managed to let us check-in almost 1.5 hour earlier. We requested for high floor and was granted too. Staff are generally friendly and helpful. We tried the hotel breakfast too, quite alright nothing to complain about. It was raining one of the morning and both of us were woken up the by the pitter-patter sound of the rain dropping onto some metal facade of the hotel, other than that it was a pleasant stay.

Stayed for 7 days and 6 nights for my son's chess tournament. The stay was okay except for some inconveniences (receptionist called me in the middle of the night if i was requesting for a blanket which in fact i did not, disturbed my sleep, addressed it already the niect day). Brakfast buffet is okay. The room is spacious and right beside the big mall.

Location was good and directly connected to the mall. Pleasantly surprised that the hotel gave a complimentary room type upgrade. However, was disappointed that the water in the hotel was brownish. Accordingly to the front desk, it was due to some ‘broken’ pipe in the stack where we were staying. Didn’t dare to let my kids use the bathtub for hygiene reasons, which disappointed them.

The room was comfy and staff were very friendly and helpful. I left my handphone in the taxi during check-in and approached the front desk for assistance to trace the driver/taxi company. A big thank you to Vanessa, Ben and another gentleman (forgot his name) for their assistance in retrieving back my phone👍🙏☺️

Location is strategic and connected to Mid Valley and The Gardens shopping mall. Disappointed with room cleanliness. The room has sewage smell and ants. Only bath towels are provided. Face and hand towels upon request. The hotel should consider changing the towels.

靠近central market 打車10分鐘就能到，酒店連着谷中城商場 mid valley 。走路吃飯逛街都非常非常方便，早餐就一般般；典型的商務酒店風格，該有的都有。水質很黃不合適泡澡

2nd time staying in this hotel. Location wise is very convenient as is linked to midvalley mega mall. The room is big and comes with a bath tube . My only complaint for this stay is the bed has squeaky noise whenever I turn or adjust; is kind of irritating. I ordered grab food and have it delivered to the concierge and was nice that the staff had it delivered via robot to me . Save me a 永安 to go down to lobby.
