i love the hotel room ! spacious, and got kitchen too ! rhe amenities are quite a lot there’s extra creamer & sugar.. and the locations are great too !

If you wish to see the city view, only twin beds are available. King bed = no city . The view only the window of next building. The carpet & wardrobe also smelly and mouldy. Put my cloth in wardrobe, and the smell stick to my cloth 😤 the picture is the view. So upset paying for this kind of view

Pleasant experience overall. Spacious rooms and affordable rates. Touch disappointing that there was a limit on amount of complimentary water everyday, which is a bit unexpected for a 5 star hotel, but otherwise all was fine.

Generally it's an ok accommodation. It's a bit dated now. Towels are disappointing and the water is not hot enough. Swimming pool area need improvement. Apart from that, it's ideal for family, location and price.

Pergi untuk honeymoon So far : dekat dengan KL Tower (parking rate Sehari rm12) : dalam hotel Pacific ada parking (parking rate sehari rm10, tapi kene claim kt counter) : boleh check out late sejam kalau booked yang premier suite : breakfast best, tapi kalau nak view lawa, kene awal datang : tandas xde hose, air keluar dari jamban, ahahah

Thank u to Linda the resep & the manager who’s to attend my issue on the 6th of Sept. let’s me change my previous room to a new room, It’s was 23rd floor & now is at 17th floor🤩 nice view as I can see slightly of the twin towers behind Shangri-La hotel✌🏽well after this I will take a little nap coz they allowed me to check out by 1pm💖Thank u @prhgroup 🙏🏽🥰

Hotel is quite deceiving. Room given is obstructed by a building. Booked 3 nights but left already on our second because of filthy linens. There are stains in carpet and very dusty. No room cleaning service available and the facilties are very old. Would not recommend

Very old hotel. Maybe it’s 5-star when it opens but definitely not 5-star for now. When I arrived, the two lifts to my floor didn’t work (one out of service, one temporarily closed), staff responded quickly to bring me to another “hidden lift”. Worst thing happened was a hotel staff opened the room door after me checking in. Seems the front desk wrote my room number wrongly to another customers so their access card didn’t work and the hotel staff helped them to open the room door. The staff left quickly after knowing someone is already inside the room but without apologising. Last but not least, although it’s close to the KL tower, the location is not really convenient (not bad, but not good either). It’s the cheapest 5-star hotel in KL for a reason. But if you want to save money, it’s still acceptable. Some 4-star hotels may have better facilities and services though.
