垃圾酒店！凌晨竟然有顧客闖進我的房間 幸好房間已經用鐵關着了不然被不認識的人闖進來 嚇**！一整晚沒睡過覺 很不安全的酒店！ 負責人竟然説是小孩子開錯門！開了最少5，6次！ 我完全感覺不到你們的道歉

On the day of arrival, alighted from GrabCar, no help with the luggage from the two staff standing the valet. Check-in was okay, average waiting time. Location was good and within walking distance to many places, however too messy at the street outside the hotel. And one thing to note: the front door heading to the street open till 10pm only. Room: Queen-sized bed, pillow too soft, can’t feel anything when lie down. But two pillows like too tall to sleep on. Toilet: shower and toilet is separated, good.

One of the key advantages of this hotel is its excellent location, which makes it convenient for exploring the surrounding area and accessing nearby attractions. However, I found that the room cleanliness leaves room for improvement, as I noticed hair and ants in certain areas during my stay. This affected the overall comfort and experience. Furthermore, I believe the staff could benefit from additional training to enhance their professionalism, ensuring guests feel more welcomed and well taken care of.

location is good , very near mrt station thank you for upgraded my room to suite. 到了晚上時間 還是非常吵， 很多摩多和車聲。 開車來到酒店的路段 都非常堵車。

Dekat ke mana-mana: Cukup jalan kaki beberapa menit sudah sampai ke mal, stasiun MRT, dan berbagai spot kuliner favorit. Cocok banget buat kamu yang ingin eksplor kota tanpa ribet

Strategic location. Cross the small lane to Fahrenheit and use the underpass to Pavilion It's sheltered all the way except for that small lane crossing. It can be a little too noisy at night for a light sleeper as it's right along the Bukit Bintang stretch. The entrance/exit to the hotel along that stretch is open from 10am to 11pm. Else use the side one, which is also for pick-up and drop-off, but it has a flight of stairs. The staff are friendly and helpful.
