location is good....just short drive out from MRR2 and lots of shops and eateries within walking distance. 7 eleven just beside. Checkin was smooth with automated checkin kiosk...receptionist is friendly and assist with the checkin. Room was ok with tv and attached bathroom. the hotel comes with elevator and also hot and cold water dispenser at every floor.

這間已經回頭很多次了 整體不錯 附近也有很多吃的 不用怕餓肚子 ， 駕車也行 半夜有mamak 酒店隔壁有loklok 要去找我朋友很方便

I suggest that you should bring a can of anti-cockroach surface spray if you plan to stay in this hotel. Location is great for my work task. If only the owners would give this property a bit more TLC. Plenty of “room for improvement” with this management team.

A bit shocked when I was informed that my booking is not available. Then the story changed as my room is not ready. Then changed to my room type been changed. I was disappointed and cannot control my face expression. I was driving 4 hours and then face this kind of nonsense. As the receptionist aware of my frustration and I’m about to lose it then suddenly got my original room and it was ready. Room is clean. A bit small. Many convenience stores available downstairs. Room is ok otherwise service is bad.

我這樣説吧，各位要是不想破壞一天的行程快樂，就不要訂這家。我這輩子沒有住過這麼差勁的酒店。首先!箱子裏面有蟑螂，床單跟沒洗過一樣，污漬清晰可見。又窄又潮濕，啥也沒有，跟國內60人民幣的民宿一樣，甚至還要爛！沐浴露跟放了一年一樣！沒敢用！甚至沒有行李寄存！ 最後他前台沒查我訂單，結果給我辦入住了，收了我150按金，第二天説我沒跟他説訂單的事情，然後扣了我100馬幣！我的天，你請的一羣英語又爛態度又差的人給我辦入住，出錯了，最後損失我承擔？永安協商，它酒店還不同意退款，噁心，等於我兩份錢衹住了一間房！ 還有，你這個浴巾還要我親自拿下來還，才退房，總而言之。我這輩子最差的酒店，比我睡大街還不如！

Budget hotel with basic amenities. Deluxe room with window is quite small but overall it’s okay for only one night stay. No coffee and tea provided, no kettle but there’s water dispenser on every floor:
