吉隆坡阿拉米斯城酒店 - 前身為吉隆坡 EDC 酒店 (Alamis City Kuala Lumpur - Formerly EDC Hotel Kuala Lumpur)

Decent hotel with a clean room and basic amenities. What really lead me to write this review was the staff's politeness and her willing to help. Not only did they let me check in hours before the hotel's check in time but also showed me the rooms before booking.

Booked this hotel so I have a place to stay while watching the Countdown to Merdeka concert at KLCC. Location is a bit sketchy in the middle of Chow Kit, but the hotel itself is great for its price. The hotel staffs are very friendly. One complaint from me—the toilet flush was not working well.

At night, I couldn't sleep because of the noise from outside the room, which was next to the road. The noise of cars and motorcycles was loud all the time, making it impossible to sleep. But other than that, everything was great. The room was nice and the service was good.

The hotel is spacious and old, but it’s clean. It’s a bit of a walk from the nearest transport and shops. However, the staff is incredibly friendly and the people working there are great. Also there’s a delightful cafe in the lobby that serves delectable food at reasonable prices. Our room was spacious and comfortable, but the lamps didn’t provide enough light. There was a lot of noise from the street, but I think that depends on the location of your room. Also, be prepared for the possibility that the internet might not work well, but again, that depends on the location of your room. Overall, I think it’s a good place to stay for a couple of nights.

I booked the hotel because 永安 recommended it as 8/10 rate. When I reached the hotel and checked in, the toilet has no exhaust fan, the linens and blankets has stains. In the middle of the night, the AC is not cooling, me and my friend was then transferred in another room at around 2AM in the morning. Same room issues, no exhaust fan in the toilet and blankets has all stains and dirty. I stayed 2 nights and checked out 6AM on the last day. The place is a good value for money, however if your stay will be the same mine, I would not recommend it.

Nice and spacious room. Clean bathroom and friendly staff. Easy to check in and no deposit required. Easy access to street food and thrift shop.

Hotel yg bersih walaupun berada di chow kit. Ini adalah hotel yg sy akan pilih bila berada di KL kerana harganya yang murah, bersih berada ditengah bandar. Dpt juga sy berjalan menaiki LRT dan MRT bersama keluarga yg dah lama sy x buat lagi.

So far overall nice puas hati and time booking tu pun ada special request semua menepati apa yang saya request.. so far yang lain memang puas hati ruang bilik yang selesa, kemas, barang cukup lengkap, aircond pun sejuk, ruang dalam hotel pun cantik, sejuk and tenang jaa.. Thanks for your good service and good customer service👍 Overall semua staff baik and friendly👍 yang paling suka laluan mau ke bilik dia cantik😍 Area hotel yg strategik banyak tempat yg menarik berdekatan👍 Cumanya satu jaa parking dia susah sikit katanya staff situ kalau nak murah sikit before keluar kena inform diorang, so for me mcm complicated la sikit.. One more things, hope pihak hotel dapat improve kemudahan customer parking drop-off untuk customer drop beg or language depan hotel, atleast satu space parking drop-off pun ok dah for me... Bukan apa kesian dekat customer datang jauh2 tak pasal2 perlu parking jauh sikit untuk turunkan our beg or language sebab situ betul2 tepi jalan susah sikit nak drop-off barang even kejap apatah lagi time jalan busy and jem...
