Great location for event at MITEC convention centre. The only poor experience was from the staff who taking care of carpark entrance and exit during system breakdowns.

Nice architecture french european style , maintained well, super good bedding, but it just stops there. Breakfast is orfer one type only, NOT BUFFET with limited choices. Time window is restrictive (only certain slots), as the venue with the nice architecture is small only. Hotel is overpriced for what is delivered, especially when compare expectations from the photos/decor as the only amenities is the sky gym and sky pool (small) and some outdoor decor but too boring, where the pool is a shared pool with AMI SUITES. hence, Discrepancy between marketing & actual experience. There is another big pool but is under maintenance until 1st Oct which is shared by all three buildings. Out hotel card is not accessible to other buildings of MK1 and MK3 which has some outdoor kids area (mini playground), butterfly something, jacuzzi pool. So yeah, if you book arte by thomas chan , u just pay for the architecture and view. Thats all.

This hotel gives beautiful French European vibes. Overall interior is superb. The breakfast was delicious and was served with a beautiful view. The room was very comfortable and clean. We took so many pictures in and out of the room. Every section of the hotel was very beautiful.

No complaint about the decoration and room. Just that a bit frustrated with the lift. only 2 of 3 working during my stay and it was so stuffy inside the lift especially during peak hours. The other frustrated one is trying to reach CP1.. you need to go to the ground floor and walk to the other side to change lift to CP1. not flexible at all. one of the 3 lifts can go direct to CP1. Limited channels for TV.  the staffs are very friendly and helpful.

It’s meant for a staycation, and the stay was nothing short of awesomeness - every details met the expectations just right ! The reception and services provided were professional enough, making the check-in process a seamless one. My friend and I had a good time spending most of our time exploring the facility per se. The room we’ve got boasted quite a stunning view overlooking the entire landscape of the city, including all iconic towers in KL, with the national palace perfectly framed as well. In short, the stay was amazing - great service, comfort, and atmosphere; truly memorable !
