地理位置很好 下樓就到商場 房間冷氣只能調到22度風開三檔有黴臭味 還好有附吊搧 早餐真的要早點來吃 8點就是高峯時間 要排大20分鐘才能進去 印度煎餅和雞蛋就一兩個人在處理 速度非常慢 但價錢很好 不介意的可以選擇這裡

雖然房間較小，但基本設施都齊全，乾淨企理。我較喜歡它是連接midvalley商場，基本上下大雨都不怕，商場什麼都有。就算要出KL Sentral都不遠，grab都只係10分鐘。大堂有提供行李磅👍

這次入住 Cititel Mid Valley，總體體驗令人滿意。酒店位置非常優越，緊鄰 Mid Valley Megamall 和 The Gardens Mall，無論是購物、餐飲還是交通都十分便利，對需要在吉隆坡市區活動的旅客來説非常合適。 酒店前台辦理入住的流程順暢，工作人員態度友好、專業，辦理速度也很快。客房雖然不是特別新，但整潔乾淨，基礎設施維護良好。床鋪舒適，房間隔音效果不錯，能夠保證良好的休息質量。浴室熱水穩定，水壓也足夠，使用體驗很好。 酒店整體的客房服務響應及時，提出需求後很快便能得到處理。 整體來説，Cititel Mid Valley 是一家性價比較高、位置極佳的酒店，適合商務出行或短期旅行。如果未來在 Mid Valley 區域活動，我仍會考慮再次入住。

Great location and easy parking. The room is cozy with a fan, breakfast was decent, and there’s a water filter by the lift. Loved seeing the Autism Café Project by the lobby — such a nice initiative!

The room was clean and bright. The bed was firm and with clean linen. Though a bit small but OK for an overnight space. There's a working TV with lots of channels to choose from. Though the room did not have complimentary mineral water, it has a very nice filtered cooler just by the lift. The bathroom is clean and comes with full complimentary bath amenities. The aircon was a bit noisy else everything was perfect. Food here is not bad and breakfast buffet had a good variety to choose and very, very affordable at RM25/pax. Eventhough we went down a bit late, the food was topped up and really, spoiled for choice.

Hotel is located within. Mid valley mall so is very convenient. However the room size is pretty small. Check in was a breeze and is a good hotel to consider if you like to shop in the mall. The bath cleanser guess was not top up and I could not squeeze out anything.

Perfect base, chose this hotel as it was near to Connexion conference centre. Directly connected to Megamall which has tons of fantastic food choices and GSC cinema. Room area is not huge but it has everything you need and is super clean and well designed! Many lifts too so never had to wait. Like that they have water points on every level!

I booked my flight, hotel, and airport transfer through 永安. My stay at Cititel Mid Valley was very pleasant as the journey from KLIA1 to the hotel was smooth and comfortable. The biggest advantage of this hotel is its location inside Mid Valley Megamall. Just by stepping out of the hotel, we could easily enjoy shopping and a wide variety of dining options — truly convenient and perfect for a relaxing 永安. The hotel room was clean and well-equipped with amenities such as fresh towels, slippers, toothbrush, soap, coffee, and tea. Housekeeping service was excellent, and the reception staff were polite and very helpful. During check-out, we were able to store our luggage temporarily while doing some last-minute shopping at Mid Valley. The waiting area was also comfortable while waiting for our Grab ride back to KLIA2. Overall, it was a sweet and memorable short getaway.

The location is perfect since it's right by the megamall and eye center if you need to check your eyes. Very convenient to get anything you need from food, snacks, coffee, etc The service and cleanliness is ok. But they did not wash the used cups, nor vacuum the room during our 4 nights stay.
