美佳宿全套房酒店 (MiCasa All Suite Hotel)

酒店環境安靜，房間內部設備齊全，只是比較有年代感，使用起來沒那麼方便. 另外講講房間清潔度，除了床品，其他都挺整潔的. 床品的清潔度不太友好，導致皮膚敏感，床單有多處陳舊的髒跡，不過發現時跟店家反饋，店家馬上按排職員前來瞭解並更換乾淨的床單. 整體的員工服務都挺好的.

設施：房間裝修年代比較久，本地風格濃烈，房間巨大無比，有冰箱，直飲水，烤箱，熨斗機，等等，但是馬桶和淋浴房下水不好，非常慢，我的這間房間馬桶是壞的，需要把蓋子打開才可以按下水，比較麻煩，但是價格適中靠近雙子塔，且停車免費，且泳池很大，很舒適 衞生：泳池水乾淨恆温，大概有20米左右長度，整體環境很好黑人乾淨的感覺，沒有不適的地方 環境：很安靜，鬧中取靜的地方 服務：很好，我碰到的前台不會中文，但是簡單入住英語説的比較流暢，交流沒問題

酒店的位置方便，房間乾淨，床和枕頭舒服👍距離西班牙領事館走路1分鐘可到達，方便，有便利店。酒店的早餐品種不多但可以吃飽😜

前台服務人員態度不怎麼樣，比較傲慢。操着濃重的馬來腔調的英語。房間還可以挺大，雖然比較老舊，早餐一言難盡。

房間好，都是有廚房，自己可以做點簡單的餐食，游泳池很大，而且乾淨。

酒店有一些年代感.乾淨衞生,還是可以的.性價比非常高.冷氣超足.面積在這個價位裏面也沒的説,寬敞的.

總體還行，晚上洗澡有個蟑螂還是蟲子啦嚇也嚇死了！幸虧隔壁房間閨蜜勇敢幫我把它拍死！第二天晚上這個蟑螂屍體居然還是沒清理的，所以衞生方面真的需要加強！後面幾天住着心理是有陰影的 ，找永安客服兩次也沒給出答覆！希望我的評價能給予一個合理的回覆

Generally it was a pleasant stay and great experience to stay. It would be greater if the hotel could provide varieties selection of breakfast buffet and cooler dining environment.

Warm welcoming and smooth checking in from Mr Iman after midnight. A clean, spacious room with comfortable couch. Facilities such as save, fridge, kettle, iron, microwave, shower toiletries and sitting bar are available. Plus points were quiet and free parking at the basement. The location was strategic, walking distance to KLCC, Petronas Twin Tower, MRT station, supermarket, eateries, gas station and coffee house. Front desk staffs were friendly and helpful. Strongly recommended to travellers in Kuala Lumpur.

I selected MiCasa All Suite Hotel for my first ever vacation at Kuala Lumpur, for a double birthday celebration with my mother, and I truly did NOT regret the decision at all. Location wise, it's conveniently near Ampang Park LRT and MRT station which connects to most major lines and locations around Kuala Lumpur to get around for convenience, as well as a good healthy walk away from KLCC, Bukit Bintang and others. Plus, it's a little away from the hustle and bustle. There are a few nearby restaurants/cafes, convenience stores, as well as a nearby mall (Intermark Mall) with a grocery mart and pharmacies if you need some essentials. Although neither my mother nor I had tried their restaurant or had time to explore all their facilities, but overall the room and swimming pool (which are exactly as advertised) has its own special charm. The pool has a range of depth which is especially suitable for beginners or short people. The bed is very comfortable. It's not too soft and not too hard, complete with a warm cozy duvet and two pillows to choose from for your preference and comfort : one soft and one moderately soft/firm. I had a pleasantly good night sleep, which is a bonus. The kitchen is well equipped with refrigerator, electric stove, oven, toaster oven, cutlery, chopsticks, cups, glass, bowls, plates, a plastic pitcher, a pot & pan, garbage bin (underneath sink), kitchen towel, dish washing liquid dispenser, sponge, electric kettle, a few varieties of tea bags and instant coffee sticks, and sugar and cream sachets. (Note : There is no mineral/drinking water bottles provided). But above all, all of the hotel staffs are very friendly, helpful, hospitable and professional, and also the receptionist was very understanding with my disability and kindly accommodated all my request with a friendly smile, as well as personally guided us to our room. Overall, MiCasa All Suite Hotel left a very profound and heartfelt impression on me, to the point that I wish I could stay longer. Thank you so much for the surprise birthday cake slice! It's been truly a delightfully unforgettable experience and extraordinary pleasant stay. I hope to visit again one day! Highly recommend!!! Sangat disyorkan!!! Gorąco polecam!!!
