TTDI曼哈坦商務酒店 (Manhattan Business Hotel Ttdi)

非常差的體驗，要求提早退房退款，酒店說要跟永安聯絡，最後永安卻回覆酒店不答應退款。 但我還是退房了，完全忍受不了。 地點是鄰近工作的地方，但以後決定，寧願住遠少許，坐計程車，也不選這家。 牆紙脱了一半，房間有黴，燈光昏暗，床頭的插座是壞的。

像是在等待結業非常糟糕的酒店.. 入住當天已察覺房間殘舊衞生情況惡劣，床上用品有異味，浴室毛巾殘舊變灰色，門鎖鏈損壞，保險箱不能使用，冰箱更遺下上一住客遺下的糟物，電話亦都不能使用…😮💨

過來看演唱會的，因為進就選了這裏。後悔了。 第一個:另一條街也是離演唱會地方近，周邊商圈配套都有，這裏啥吃的都沒。 第二個:不知道是忘記了還是本身就沒，沒有拖鞋，赤腳踩地板很不習慣。 第三點:沒有服務，因為第二天要看演唱會很晚結束沒法拖行李，就湊過一晚，續住時候下單成功了，前台馬猴子説nonono沒房，實際他根本不懂，耽誤半個小時。還有就是電梯開門特別慢，讓人以為是不是壞了。 第4點:不知者無畏（旁邊是的墓地，很大的墓地） 總體評價兩顆星，然後因為第四點，給-5星 ～ 照片沒敢拍，不想存在手機。

遇到了非常不好的經驗。 我出門前把我的拍立得放進酒店的密碼保險櫃，中午六點多回來發現保險櫃被打開然後我的拍立得不見了！ 當下馬上下樓跟工作人員要求調看監控，結果工作人員跟我説中午有隔壁房的顧客要求打開我們房間的保險櫃。 請問你們酒店不用跟客戶確認訊息就能隨便打開住客的房門，隨便打開住客的保險櫃取走住客的東西的嗎？在要打開住客房門的時候不用打電話跟住客確認的嗎？ 是不是內部工作人員做的請你們公司好好調查！真心不希望這件事發現在別的住客身上！希望要入住的住客們小心謹慎，最好是不要把貴重的物品留在酒店的保險箱裏。 I had a very unpleasant experience. Before going out, I put my Instax camera in the hotel’s safety box. When I came back around 6 p.m., I found that the safety box had been opened and my camera was gone! I immediately went downstairs and asked the staff to check the cctv. However, the staff told me that a guest from the neighboring room had asked to open our room’s safety at noon. Does your hotel allow staff to open a guest’s room and safety box without verifying the guest’s identity or getting any confirmation from the actual occupant? Shouldn’t you at least call the guest before opening their room or safety box! This looks very suspicious, and I strongly suspect it could have been done by staff of your hotel. Please conduct a thorough investigation! I sincerely hope this doesn’t happen to any other guest. To anyone planning to stay here, please be extra cautious — I strongly advise against don’t leaving any valuables in the hotel safely box!

Another returning stay at this hotel. Not bad for quick overnight or short stay. Location is central to many places in Petaling Jaya and walking distance to the LRT. Parking is self paid and it's expensive as it is situated at a commercial building

Delayed check in due to lacking of bed sheet & etc. Lobby without aircon, everyone waited at lobby full with sweat. Super slow check in process. Room door super hard to open as well. Malfunction hair dryer

All is good

The location of the hotel is superb, just next to MRT. Cleanliness of the room is ok, just that the room is abit small.

The room is clean and conducive , service is good but only the bed sheet and pillow casing was a bit smelling because it is not fully dry. The location is good very close to MRT station and no problems of getting food around the hotel. The staff are very helpful. The lift of the hotel is  slow to open and take time for it to move from one floor to the other. Overall the hotel is good and I wish to stay there again. 

Location - 1. closed proximity to mrt station (TTDI) is definitely a plus. 2. next to a shopping mall just an additional convenient.
