三年新的酒店，裝修質量很一般，整體感覺比較舊，廁所地漏堵塞，退房時撥打8次服務電話，需要行李服務，無人接聽。酒店游泳池挺不錯的。要求了生日佈置，很漂亮，早餐不錯，非常豐富。

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Stay at Park Royal Collection Bukit Bintang! We had a wonderful experience at Park Royal Collection Bukit Bintang. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. Our first room was a bit small, and they were kind enough to upgrade us to a bigger room, which was very clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The hotel is also perfectly located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, making it easy to explore the city’s attractions, shopping areas, and restaurants. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting KL!

Stayed 3 days 2 night with husband and 2 years old toddler. All of us are enjoyed the stay. Birthday decoration done by hotel. Happy girl for this three days. All staffs are professional and efficient Recommend to all couples with kid Will stay again next time Very convenient as well

Stayed in the Urban-type room. Surprisingly, the room is very, very, very small — more like a budget hotel style. Definitely not recommended if you’re bringing kids and planning to book this type of room. The toilet is also small — I even felt a bit “suffocated” whenever I used it (lols). Whatever it is, the room is clean and nice overall, just that the size is really the main downside. The hotel location is great though — very near Pavilion and other nearby malls.

位置不錯，麥當勞打卡拍照點就在附近，走過去雙子塔二十分鐘左右，新峯肉骨茶和地鐵站也挺近，對面商場地下有間gaint超市。房間有拖鞋牙刷牙膏直飲水，窗戶玻璃很臟。晚上打電話要多一個被子四十多分鐘才送來。早餐非常一般，看着挺豐富沒有一個好吃的東西，西瓜哈密瓜都衹有水味，瑪莎拉的肉還都有腥味，甚至香腸不好吃，煎蛋配醬油也都不好吃。不要買早餐！不要買早餐！不要買早餐！

I don't usually leave reviews, but was impressed by their customer service as well as the convenience of their hotel's location. I would like to thank the hotel staff that accomodated to my request for decorations, a slice of birthday cake and a hand written card. I could see that they put in effort to set this up and to get this done. The hotel is 10 minutes walk away from pavilion and times square mall. Really conveniently located near the centre of bukit bintang. Less than 5 minutes walk away is the train station, Lot 10 and another shopping mall directly opposite. Had a great time there. The room we choose was very cosy and the air con was blasting strong, which we were able to control according to our preference. If i were to nitpick, i felt that the rooms were not very soundproof and i was able to hear people talking/walking by the aisle outside or when neighbouring guests opened/closed their doors. However, it didnt pose much of an issue for me as i am a dead sleeper. Also, the hair dryer wasn't that great as i found the hot wind function lacking and had long thick hair so it look quite awhile to dry. There were small drain insect/flies that managed to enter into our hotel room as well but nothing too drastic or repelling. Overall, for the pricing, location, hotel standard and customer service provided, i would recommend this hotel to my friends/family when they drop by KL.

It was a 10/10 stay for us! The rooms were spacious and clean. We booked the themed family suite and we were originally a little worried of its condition based on its reviews here, but our worries were unfound! The rooms were well maintained and our kids (aged 5 and 1) had so much fun. Our requests were all met, including the cot and a surprise for my parents as they were celebrating their anniversary :) Special shoutout to Syaffiq from the breakfast restaurant. He was SO helpful. He noticed that my father couldn’t walk well and offered to get him a table nearer to the food aisle, and even suggested getting us additional seats instead of moving us to a further bigger table when I highlighted that I need two more seats. Would definitely stay here again!

I highly recommend ParkRoya Collection because of its clean and comfortable rooms, top-notch amenities, and attentive staff. The hotel was in a prime location, close to all the major attractions. Breakfast was a feast, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. Easy access Public Transport location for train and bus stops. This hotel is within walking distance to bukit bintang station and MRT, very convenient. The hotel also within walking distance to food (Lot 10, Jalan Alor) centre as well as supermarket and shopping malls. Parking available for in-house guests at the PARKROYAL COLLECTION Kuala Lumpur, but there is a fee for the parking, which is MYR 2.20 per entry for self-parking, plus an additional charge for valet parking at MYR 40 per day.

All is good except we don’t feel very welcoming upon arrival due to the hotel staff that check us in. Whatever we ask for was rejected, no rooms, no late check out until last night we have to inform them again. We were tired after long travelling, expected a warm welcome but instead was a series of I’m sorry, no this no that. Breakfast was good. The only complaint of the room will be the shower pressure. It was extremely small, and water temp not stable. You will need a longer time for shower. My friend stayed in another room witj rain shower, huge water pressure. Oh yah they do not give out bottled water, only a filtered water fountain for you to refill your water, so you will need water bottles! Our view from the room was good though!

KL Staycation at PARKROYAL COLLECTION KL ✨ Had a lovely staycation here and the location is absolutely perfect! From the moment we checked in, the staff were warm and welcoming. Special shoutout to Jon at the front desk, he’s such a gem! Despite the long weekend rush and a packed lobby, he attended to us with genuine friendliness. It was my belated birthday, and I really appreciated the thoughtful wishes & allowing us for a late check-out. The room was clean, spacious, and super comfortable — we had a great night’s sleep. Loved the strong rain shower and complete toiletries provided (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, toothbrushes, even a hair dryer). We also chilled at The Botanist Lounge & Bar. Usually there’s live music, but since I dropped by on a Monday it was quiet and calm — perfect for a drink, some chats, or even a good read. Breakfast at Thyme was another highlight. The buffet spread is wide and satisfying, with plenty of choices. Pro tip: go before 8.30–9am for a more relaxed experience (breakfast runs from 6.30am–10.30am). Getting around is a breeze too — the hotel is surrounded by malls and connected to public transport. You’ve got Sungei Wang, Lot 10, Starhill, and Pavilion KL just steps away. From Pavilion, you can even walk through the connecting bridge all the way to Suria KLCC and the Convention Centre. Plus, the MRT nearby takes you straight to TRX, one of KL’s newest malls. Overall, a comfortable stay with great hospitality, amazing location, and thoughtful touches that made the experience memorable. Would definitely recommend for a city getaway! 🌿
