吉隆坡城中城阿利亞普瑞米爾酒店 (Alia Premier KLCC)

很開心免費升級了房間，房間真的很大，早餐選擇多，靠近電梯的地方有飲水機可以無限量裝水，步行大概幾分鐘可以抵達klcc與彩虹橋，在往前走可以抵達AK，check in時是一位華人小哥，小哥哥超有禮貌，很好👍，房內有冰箱，有煮水壺，有即溶咖啡，有hairdryer，有浴缸跟小沙發，冷氣也非常給力，衹是沒有牙刷，這個問題不大，因為我會自備，衹是唯一不滿意的地方是隔音不好，夜晚能清楚聽見外面的motor聲，其他的都還算滿意

Center of everything you wanted to do in KL City Centre. Nearby of all amenities, public transport and everything. This is 2nd time staying here. Recommended and will return again.

Check in was quite slow..had to wait almost 40mins to get into the room..room was nice..comfortable..i could walk to convention centre for my concert show..

Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend I booked this place through 永安 and was very disappointed with the overall experience. 1. Hard to Find & Heavy Traffic: The actual building is named “Hotel Maya,” which was not clearly mentioned in the booking. It’s also located in a high-traffic area near Jalan Sultan Ismail, making access very difficult. 2. Poor Hygiene: The bathtub had visible dust, and the towel provided had a terrible smell — I almost vomited and had to buy a new towel myself. 3. Bad Bathroom Drainage: Water pooled on the floor while showering and did not drain properly, which was very uncomfortable. 4. TV Not Smart: The TV didn’t support Netflix or any smart functions, which is below expectations for this price range. 5. No Free Parking: There is no complimentary parking. The parking area requires separate payment, which was not clearly stated. This is especially inconvenient if you’re on a self-driving 永安. Overall, I understand that I shouldn’t expect luxury at this price, but at the very least, I expected clean facilities and basic comfort. I would not recommend this place unless major improvements are made.

Check in about 10.30pm check out 11.30 pm for 3 rooms. Unfortunately one of the room cannot be open. When I check in one of the room, I found out there is a mini tent( mini tent if I can say) . I am surprised with the tent and feel something not right, scary feeling. The room and the furniture is quite old and bathroom is smelly. The reception desk is not condusive. Parking have to pay RM 12 although it takes around 30 minutes at the parking to settle the problem. The is no any amount refund either one cent or a few ringgit with the problem that arise. To other guest please make a thorough research to make good choice before booking and not to waste monies unnecessarily .

Highly recommended as it is close to KLCC, Bukit Bintang, and Petronas Twin Towers. Friendly and provides excellent service . Spacious and equipped with amenities like a kettle, fridge, iron, and ironing board.

Very good 永安 with my friends, we enjoyed the dinner and food there

The hotel is right next to the towers, perfect location, the room was of a good standard and had all that's needed for a short stay. There are cafes, buffets and shopping malls nearby, the pool and gym access just add more points to the hotel. Felt the price/quality ratio was great, and I would definitely recommend to everyone who is planning a similar 永安 - you can stay in the very center of the downtown life.

The great location to KLCC. Nice view at night. Best choice for holiday.i m already recommend to my family
