這次到美國大使館辦理簽證，酒店位置不錯，沒有感受到其他特別的服務，一定要等到兩點才能入住12點就要退房，衞生環境馬馬虎虎，不太推薦

The staff are really friendly and helpful. Only 1 thing I wish is that I was hoping to get a room with window. Also have issue with the odor in the toilet but resolved. They have amazing breakfast in the building.

The bed is short, anyone over 170 would have their feet sticking out of the bed. Good part is they do provide both hard and soft pillows for you to choose. Hotel is old so the room looks abit dirty. They do provide bath foam and hair conditioner but both is store in a seperate packet and it can be a difficulty to open it.

Stayed there for 3 nights, great location for me as close to few embassies. The room is fine, there is a cooler with water, so al the time you have water, hot or cold. Only 1 bath towel, if they set up at least 2, if would be better, like 1 bath and 1 hand towel. The toilet was like used but okay, no big matter. Nice view to the city. I wanted to go to their breakfast as it's on website, but they don't have in their building, I was advised to go nearby, in general, can eat, but better to take away, from 7am to 5pm.

The room is nice but only need to give some other benefits to clients such as daily life used things soup and shampoo detergent items. Should give more to the family living room and the water they provided was not enough for families. They should give more. Otherwise, the hotel room is good and well-furnished. Thank you

First of all , credit I give to 永安 customer service for helping with the price. I booked with much higher price than usual , but hotel refused to cancel and let me book new one. The hotel is next to Thai embassy, just cross the road. Hotel facility if among average. Totally I would give 4.2/5. Easy to access to some local food and shop too
